It's Only Natural is a great little grocery store on Main Street in Middletown. It's small, but this might be a one stop shop, if it just wasn't so expensive. There's everything in this store, organic produce, juices, vitamins and supplements, chocolate and candy I've never seen before, they even have a little section where you can get a fresh smoothie or a sandwich. This store has a great selection of herbs and healthy stuff but I am not giving all the stars because the staff could be a lot friendlier. I do enjoy the juice bar a lot but sometimes try to go to other natural food stores but since I live in Middletown I come here occasionally, but for a better experience I go to other stores that are out of the way

The deli sandwiches have DIRTY LETTUCE. PLEASE wash the Romaine better. I love the deli's stamp rewards program and the foods taste great, except the lettuce. This has happened twice in the past week with two sandwiches, Chicken Salad and Curry Tofu Salad. Biting in gives way to a gritty teeth-grinding feeling.
