“The best tacos on the Northeastern Seaboard!Had take out once and accidentally got charged for a dine in order as well. Called to ask about the double charge that I saw on my statement and the manager was very quick to respond and handle the issue!Have been a recurring customer for a while now. Taquerio is a destination that anyone visiting the Mystic area should definitely check out!“

“I used to eat here fairly regularly for the asada fries, but it's now down to 50/50 if the fries themselves will be edible, or overcooked to a point that they're the same color as the meat and my metal fork can't pierce them. Bummer. I don't know where else you can go for lumpia and a taco though.“

Having personal dietary restrictions, I initially worried that there was very little for me to choose from on the menu-but even on a very busy Friday evening, our server, Christina, went above and beyond to accommodate by communicating with the chef for details on ingredients and options. With a smile and positive attitude that made a huge impression on us. The owners and management were also extremely friendly and helpful, checking on every table. At no point did we want for anything. A real team effort of hospitality makes a difference in dining experience as we all slowly emerge from the past 2 years of hiding in our homes! Presentation is great; their aioli side option brings a higher level of flavor and class to far surpass the salsa and sour cream option available across the street. The cocktail and dessert menu were infused with very well thought out alternatives to the typical margarita and flan. It was really nice to be in a chic, happy and friendly dining environment.
