“I have never been to this place before until today. The atmosphere is very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The owners were very pleasant. I had a smoothie and a burrito bowl and both were great! If you are in the area, I definitely recommend you take a visit to this place.“

“Had a bowl delivery that was great only issue was that it said on its way but took longer than expected and it was a little melted. Overall it was great.Parking: It’s located basically in the center so parking is limited on the street. A lot of restaurants in the area.“

“I am a frequent customer. Both owners, Crystal and Christina who are sisters in law and moms, are fabulous. They are very welcoming and helpful when you want suggestions or have questions about the product. I love the medium shakes for lunch time. Strawberry Cheesecake and PB Fried Ice cream are my favorites. They also have energy teas which are zero sugar and so refreshing. I pick and choose different flavors but my two favorites on the menu are Gummy Bear and Captain America.“

“It's Only Natural is a great little grocery store on Main Street in Middletown. It's small, but this might be a one stop shop, if it just wasn't so expensive. There's everything in this store, organic produce, juices, vitamins and supplements, chocolate and candy I've never seen before, they even have a little section where you can get a fresh smoothie or a sandwich. There's an area where you can sit with your food.They even have a post office in this little grocery store.But it is expensive.. a box of cereal is $7.49, and it's not even a large box. They had a 5 pound jar of local honey for $50.00. I stopped in to pick up some crackers for my guacamole, I picked some really nice ones for only $3.29, but half the bag was air. This is not the fault of the store of course. It's a lot of fun to walk through a store where everything looks new, and innovative. If you're in the area stop by, always shop smart, not impulsively.“

“Made my way to TFM for the first time recently and definitely can say it was worth the pitstop....It was late n the ladies were still super upbeat n helpful when I stepped in the nicely lit outpost which is one of a few I hear.I got the antioxidant berry which was just what I was lookin for... came out pretty quick and tasted great. Not too sweet or too thick and you could taste all the different fruit.Super filling and got me thru the rest of my day, will def be bacc again!!“

“I love this place it has bowls and smoothies and you can customize it and make it whatever you want, I normally get what’s supposed to be for a smoothie but then I tell them to make it a bowl and I add other ingredients and the peanut butter balls are to die for UPDATE: you guys closing wearier makes a big difference for me, unfortunately my review goes negative this time“
