Crispy chicken is the consistency of wet warm gelatinous boogers. Not good at all. Never again

Decided on Thai for a valentines dinner and Mae Kong delivered a fantastic meal. The fresh rolls were very tasty and the dipping sauce was great. We ordered green curry duck and yellow curry duck. I asked for medium spice and it was just right. The curry itself was bursting with flavor and I just about ate my whole portion which is quite large. Great little spot for Thai I will definitely explore the menu some more.

Food was tasty..however the portions was insultingly small. The amount barely cover three tablespoons of rice. Sad.. won't return.. By the way lunch special 11.99!

I ordered a beef salad absolutely WORST food ever. Three TINY bites of lettuce and a bunch of inedible meat. Full of grizzle fat and so tough you couldn’t chew!! Worst Thia food EVER!!!! I would not give my dogs this horrible meat! See in photo attached.

Very, very good food! This is my first time here but not my last. The waitress that served us is very beautiful as well.

What an unexpected surprise! My son and I were heading somewhere else for dinner but found they were closed when we arrived. Got on google and found this place was just a couple miles away. What a menu, so many delicious sounding dishes - I took the green curry with squid recommendation. delicious, hot and fresh! My son had the beef pad thai - was just how he liked it! The appetizers we delicious and interesting - thai sausage and I just was too curious not to try the stuffed chicken wing (as pictured, also had fried green beans on the side)! Don't let the book be judged by the cover here. A clean shop and very friendly folks. I can't recall a more varied menu and food that was cared about in the kitchen! Worth a trip! Definitely.

Decent Thai restaurant but some dishes are a hit or miss. The shrimp in a blanket and spicy mango salmon are delicious. An order of shrimp in a blanket comes with 5 shrimps and a big container of sweet and sour dip. The spicy mango salmon was very flavorful and the salmon was fried to a nice crisp on the outside. The spice level is relatively mild. Delicious dish enough for two if you get extra rice. My veggie pad kee mao (or drunken noodles) was a bit bland and dry. A bit of a disappointment. The crepe cake was a larger disappointment since it tasted old. The crepe layers were a bit on the thick side and not delicate like others I had. The cream seemed old and dry. Stick to the curries if you want to play it safe.

If you're in New Britain and you're craving Pho, I highly recommend ordering from here.

I've been working in the area for a couple of years but only just discovered this fantastic restaurant, and am so glad that I found it! TheirPad Thai is absolutely delicious, with plenty of veggies and protein mixed in with the noodles, and flavorful spices and sauces. My dish also wasn't too dry, which can be a drawback with some restaurants. Staff are friendly and the restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming. This restaurant doesn't cater solely to the American customers, which is a good sign of authenticity - the food isn't watered down.

Best Thai I've had since I moved to Connecticut! Friendly, helpful, and delicious. The full package for a dining experience. We will be back.

My favorite Thai place!! I live in Philly now but I crave their yellow curry and love to swing by when I'm in the neighborhood. The food is so wonderful, and so is the staff. Love it!

Food is better than average for local Thai places. I've had some pretty good meals here. I'm sure that they've had some recent challenges, which may explain a drop off in consistency during Covid. I tried it again a couple of times recently, and it was better. I wish they still provided thai chillies in fish sauce, on the side. Their atmosphere is something I appreciate. It is the Thai restaurant where I feel most like I was back in Southeast Asia.

This place has the best Thai curries, hands down! Parking and picking up takeout kind of a pain, but the food is worth the trouble. Staff very friendly as well.
