I really like Green & Tonic. This location is closest to my house, but I’ve been to the one in Greenwich a couple of times as well. The staff are always friendly and the food is consistently good.The menu is vegan so don’t expect it to taste equally like a non-vegan meal, but the food is actually very good and I appreciate the thoughtfulness transparency about ingredients (I checked; everything is listed on the website). I came by for breakfast. Visiting from Texas so decided on a smoothie to sip and walk around with. What a cute spot and cute town. The store is a nice size and clean looking. There are some quaint seating outside the store for the matching beautiful sunny cool weather. In Texas it is already 100 Fahrenheit. The Green Guru is DELICIOUS. Popped into G&T for a healthy start to our day! The staff was very friendly and professional, and the space was clean and modern. The avocado toast was really tasty, and our smoothie bowl was refreshing! My fiancé really liked his cookie butter latte. Their plant-based menu has something for everyone to enjoy, and there’s nice grab and go options available as well!
