“Bruno's is very middle of the road for its regular pizza, but the speciality pizzas are amazing. Specifically, the buffalo chicken pizza. They call it "world famous" and if it isn't it should be because it's awesome.“

“We've done takeout from Portofino's a few times and it has been consistently good. The pizza is solid and has a good crust and decent amount of toppings for the price. We've enjoyed some pasta as well as the salad that accompanies it. You can order online or call ahead. The staff are friendly and our food is always packed up nicely and ready to go. We'll have to eat in soon. Definitely a solid neighborhood spot.“

“Really good accommodations for gluten, most of the apps were gluten free or could be made gluten free. They even made a few sauces to accommodate a dairy allergy, highly recommend this place and this will be the new go to spot for us. “The food was incredible, amazing point is that the owner recognized me and was excited to see me. However when I asked the server what mocktails they had he said they could do orange juice and cranberry juice. Which is insulting, might as well give it to me in a kids cup. I was there not three weeks prior and the server went to the bar to get a list of mocktails I could have and went above and beyond so I could have something other then juice or water and make me feel apart of the table. It's also very embarrassing when I get told I can have a juice, when the server looked and sounded irritated that I wasn't ordering a wine or cocktail. I will still go back, however me having a mocktail doesn't mean a low check. I alone spent over $100“

“I placed an order for lunch penne vodka and it came with a salad and it was the perfect portion . It was hands down one of the best penne vodkas I have ever had. The owner is a nice man who greets you and give you your food. Can’t wait to order again !!!“

“I've been a regular at Nardelli's for a couple years and have never once had a bad meal. It's always phenomenal and service is always excellent as well. I've had half their menu and would recommend any of it, but in particular I'd recommend the shaved steak and cheese, the barbecue bacon chicken and the pulled pork sandwiches, as well as both their seafood salad and macaroni salad, and any of their parfaits and cheesecakes.“

“First time trying Rocco's. Has parking and looks like an old style diner which gives it atmosphere and a look that's not seen much anymore. Wine and beer be fine, they serve both. Pasta dishes and pizza are on the menu. All was well until check out time, when paying. If paying by card, you get charged with a fee. Wish we had known cause tip would have been higher. Part of the tip went for the fee. We'll be back though. Next time we'll pay in cash.“

“We dined here on Sunday evening for a special occasion. We live so close by but haven’t tried this place so we decided to give it a go.The restaurant is cozy and the host and staffs were nice.We each got two different special menu which were roasted duck with blueberry sauce($27.99) and tuna steak salad ($29.99).They tasted decent.. we both finished the dish. To be specific, the blueberry sauce was too sweet for my taste and it overpowered the whole dish. It tasted like a desert- infact, I tried with a piece of bread and it was exactly like blueberry jam.The tuna salad was cooked properly, my husband was satisfied with the quality of food but he needed more food after that as the portion was too small.Overall, I feel like the portion could have been bigger but I need to try their regular menu and see the portion if we ever go back there in the future as we needed more food badly later.“

“If you're going to get a flat tire, I strongly recommend that you get one on NY-22, right in front of this deli, as I did. The staff are lovely (a man and his mother) and speak Italian to one another. They make their own mozzarella, soup, and at least some pastries, if not all. Cannoli are filled to order and excellent. Another pastry (crostata?), cut into squares with a shortbread-like crust, cherry jam and chocolate was even more spectacular and something that I *must* come back for. The man told me it was homemade. The sfogliatelle pastry was a little tough and stale, but the thick, ricotta-rich filling was delicious. To be fair, these things have a very short shelf life. I gave it a few minutes in the toaster oven when I finally made it home and the texture was far improved. The son patiently answered my questions [e.g. how to properly pronounce "sfogliatelle," how much the fresh mozzarella costs (about $11 / lb)] and the mother kindly warmed up some pasta e fagioli for me. Sandwiches seem to be the focus here -- the menu is vast! -- but I sorely needed the warm-you-from-the-inside-out comfort of soup at that moment. The rich broth full of red beans, potatoes, and carrots absolutely hit the spot. It's too bad that it took a flat tire to get me in this place. We've been driving by for years and have clearly been missing out all this time!“

“We got pizza delivered. Our dog has never acknowledged the food in the kitchen before, and is very well trained. Upon putting the pizza on the counter, our dog FLIPPED over the smell. It was out of character and shows how AWESOME the smell was. 10/10“

This really seems like a “dial in” joint and it would be nicer if more tables were able to sit. But, given the quality of the pizza, I would happily stop in again.Parking: While spots are available, there is no depth to the parking lot. “Get pizza and pasta here quite often. Their side salad is great, quality lettuces and fresh veggies. Love their garlic cheese bread and their sausage and mushroom pizza is delish. “We tried Brickhouse for the first time tonight for pizza and salad. While the food was delicious, we had the rudest waiter ever! He was an average waiter until he made a comment about getting our very small bill?Who says that? It’s a casual pizza restaurant! I have never had a server comment on the size of the bill and it was embarrassing. He also never came back to see how the food was or if we wanted anything else. We may have ordered dessert if he came and asked us. Sadly, he ruined the experience for us and we likely won’t go back.“

“I hadn't been to Dolce since they enclosed the patio area. The food was excellent as ever and lunch was reasonable. Excellent fresh salads and my chicken parmigiana was excellent, a large portion of tender chicken with a nicely browned layer of quality cheeses. The sauce is not the overly sweet red sauce in so many -laces these days. It had a nice garlic flavor and was big enough for me to take half home. My friend equally enjoyed his sausage & ziti. A top notch tiramisu followed w cappuccino for both of us. Had a little trouble getting the waiters attention at times but he was competent and pleasant. Dolce is also quieter than some of its raucous competitors. Recommended.“

“I have been going to Capri since I’ve lived in Bethel as it is my favorite pizza place in this town so far! They have outdone theirselves with the buffalo chicken pizza. This was the best buffalo chicken pizza I’ve ever had anywhere! The blue cheese dressing underneath and just the right amount of spice. Idk who was making them pizzas on the night of 10/14/23 but they did a phenomenal job. As do all the pizza makers. Thank you“

“BEST Italian anywhere nearby and worth traveling into Bethel for. All Italian wine list has something for everyone and the staff is happy to help. Amazing cocktail program and rotating draft beer, and we haven't even mentioned the food. This is classic Italian (no parm list or gloopy pastas here), and you get a true taste of Italy. They run weekly specials to keep the menu fresh and change the entire menu seasonally, using local farms as often as possible. A true gem in Bethel!“

“Decided to try something new tonight for Dinner.After a referral from another local business to Lapiazza I stopped in to check it out for myself. I spoke with a gentleman named Sam he was super friendly ,and after I shared my recent (Bad) experience at another local restaurant waiting for my order he gave me a tour of the soon to open dining area/bar. It was beautifully decorated, spotless and had an amazing atmosphere. He promised me I would not be disappointed with the pizza I ordered. Well Sam was absolutely right ! The pizza was amazing ! I can't wait to dine in and try the other meals they offer. Pizza was delicious thank you Sam for not disappointing!“

“These guys go above and beyond. I live in Phoenix az and they packaged my order so I could take it home on the plane and then when I ordered for my family for valentine's day they separated the portions to go to 2 different places for me.
