Delicious pizza. We had a plain and a broccoli. Very crispy. I was especially impressed with the broccoli pie. Usually veggie pies and broccoli especially get super soggy and heavy but this was perfectly light. I'd definitely come by again when I'm in the area.

Went there last week. I've been there before. I noticed the pizza didn't taste as good as the first time. I mean, it was still good. It just wasn't as crunchy. Also, we got a round pie instead of the square one like before. I'm not sure why. It's still a great place for pizza and better than Pepe's, in my opinion.

Amazing Pizza! First time trying New Haven style pizza, and it blows away all my past experiences with pizza. Im not sure I can eat pizza anymore if it's not New Haven style from Modern. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly as well. Next time I'm around, I will make sure I stop by.

I ordered a pizza to go and was accidentally given the wrong pizzas. I did not realize I was given the wrong pizza until I was home. I returned to Modern to make them aware of the situation and.ordered that I requested. The manager realized what had happened. The pizza I ordered was still sitting there on the shelf. He stated he will give me the original pizza I ordered if I pay him the difference of eight dollars. At this moment I realized the dollar was more important than customer satisfaction. I went along with this and gave him the eight dollars and he gave me the pizza. The true disappointment of this matter was he NEVER apologized for the error or inconvenience .nor did he make me feel like a valued customer. At the least, he could have offered to warm up the pizza but he just wanted his eight dollars. I also work in customer and this was a valuable lesson. The pizza was good but the customer service was…
