“An oldie but a goodie! I first went to this place in 2013 and really liked it, and recently checked it out and still think it’s great. Love the ambiance, the food is fun and adventurous and the service is attentive. One of my favorite spots in downtown New Haven!“
“Easily accessible and in walking distance of the New Haven green. Got brussels sprouts and a large pizza. The brussels sprouts were cut and fried in a unique way I had never seen before but it was quite delicious. The pizza was also quite good although a little too much garlic for my tastes (and i love garlic)“
“2024) Even better service than when I first visited this diner. They serve all of the classic diner offerings. They have plenty of space for gatherings, meetings, etc. Plenty of parking spaces too.2017) I live nearby and I've wanted to try this place. It has easy access to I91. The food presentation and quality was great. The service was also good.“
“This is one of the top three bars in New Haven. The owner takes pride in sourcing the most interesting and delicious wines. The ambience is mystical, intimate and charming, all at the same time and the music selection is always on point. Additionally, take a look at their menu as they have tons of tasty offerings on small plates. This is a must try!“
“A tiny take out only shop. There is no place to sit, no WC. The salad is very good though, fresh, ample size, great mix of vegetables and lettuce, flat bread, dressings. The drink menu is very good as well. The place is expensive, though. 12$ for a salad is a bit high. 6$ for a drink. But the food is healthy and tastes quite good.Service was fast, but a line forms faster. Expect to wait. Service was terse, not friendly, but that might be the pressure of the line. They is only street parking. The place is close to Yale, so there is lots of traffic. Order ahead if you can.“
“Honestly can't beat how delicious the burgers are, and for such a fair price..! We used to order from Prime 16, but Christopher Martins does burgers better. They seem to have a better handle of how to actually cook them right, so we have switched!4/5 on atmosphere but only due to inside smelling strongly of beer (fair enough). Attaching a picture of the cajun fries – absolutely delicious. The onion rings are a little different (think "shoestring" onion rings) but very tasty“
“Dangle's is a black-owned business in well established downtown. The restaurant is nice and quaint giving you the feels of being connected to the owner and staff. The food was delicious - delivered hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It behooves anyone reading this to try this place out. You won't be disappointed.“
