I can’t recommend Noble highly enough! They went above and beyond in putting together a fabulous menu of appetizers, buffet dinner and dessert for a private event last month. Josh, the owner, and the chef met with us to plan the event and menu. They were very accommodating. The food was outstanding and we were able to use both indoor and outdoor seating. Stumbled onto Noble as we were supposed to go somewhere else for dinner but the others place was insanely loud. Noble is a great find in New London & the four of us enjoyed everything from our drinks to our meals. We started with the ahi "nachos" which were delicious, but not nachos. It was four chips with some tartare on them- delicious, but not satisfying & not nachos. This place offers extraordinary service as well as delightful food. My favourite place ever. The drinks and food came out rapidly and the rates were economical. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
