Small restaurant located in the main strip of Newington. The interior is very mínimalist and does not offer available seating nor a public restroom. The cashier was very helpful with ordering.I will say this, they are a bit pricey. That said, the food is really good. Toasted Oats was a pleasure from the moment we walked in. The environment and were clean and welcoming with a minimalist style. We were greeted immediately and the young man was attentive, standing at the counter kindly waiting for us to be ready. His voice and demeanor were calm and inviting. My new favorite sandwich spot! I got the #1 breakfast sandwich which is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Well put together with spinach, red onions and a sauce you normally wouldn’t find on a breakfast Sammie. The Portuguese roll is the perfect choice for that. My partner got the Bronx Bomber pastrami sandwich which was quickly devoured. We will definitely be back!
