My new favorite sandwich spot! I got the #1 breakfast sandwich which is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Well put together with spinach, red onions and a sauce you normally wouldn’t find on a breakfast Sammie. The Portuguese roll is the perfect choice for that. My partner got the Bronx Bomber pastrami sandwich which was quickly devoured. We will definitely be back!

Small restaurant located in the main strip of Newington. The interior is very mínimalist and does not offer available seating nor a public restroom. The cashier was very helpful with ordering.I will say this, they are a bit pricey. That said, the food is really good. I ordered a Breakfast Bowl (dairy free), Kids Waffle with bacon and tots, and a Triple B (Big Bird Burrito) for me. We all enjoyed our meals and my kids had leftovers for the next day.Dietary restrictions: They were able to adjust the breakfast bowl to meet my (dairy free) needs.Parking: They are located in a small strip with a few spaces allocated to each store. Available parking can often depend on day and time.

Was a little disappointed w/ coffee and breakfast saw wa%,ndwich. I had never been & was looking for a breakfast place. They have no indoor seating , but it was a nice day out & there were tables outside to eat.. I'm not sure how that would have gone if I had ordered waffles.. I loved that they had SOS because it is a GREAT hot sauce. However, it wasn't available to put on the food. They had a separate menu made up of 5 items already prepared with the sauce already. I'm pretty sure you could bring your food back in and have it added for a .50 cent upchanged, but I didn't expect the sandwich to be so bland. I got the pastrami w/ Swiss 2 essfs tomato , garlic mayo on a kaiser roll. I assessed salt & and peppers, and it still felt like it was lacking. it's true I could have had them add the sauce to spice it up, and it would have been better, but then it would be the sauce I was enjoying and not the food. the food should stand alone. the person who accompanied also said that their sandwich was bland or missing something, and she also used salt & pepper from inside. we also both agreed that the coffee was watery tasting as well.. like undrinkable watery. if i hadn't already paid $25. before tip, i might have asked for a shot of espresso, but honestly, i dont even think they offered it. The cheese was so thin that I wasn't even sure it was on the sandwich for both of our orders as well.. The only thing I tasted was the tomato & the scrambled egg. yes, scrambled, not. fried.. All & all I would not return, in the future I will just carry my own hot sauce.

Ordered 2 eggs scrambled, toast and a large coffee. $12+ (included 15% tip). 1 piece of toast, looked like 1 egg and medium size coffee. I dine at quite a few breakfast places, this seems to be the most overpriced for what they serve. Never had a restaurant include only 1 piece of toast, always 2. Eggs did not appear to be 2. 1st time customer and disappointed.

Toasted Oats was a pleasure from the moment we walked in. The environment and were clean and welcoming with a minimalist style. We were greeted immediately and the young man was attentive, standing at the counter kindly waiting for us to be ready. His voice and demeanor were calm and inviting. The kitchen, which was easily visible, had 2 happy young men cooking & the kitchen was clean! It was a wonderful experience all around and I highly recommend coming here. The seating at this time, were tables and chairs outside.
