I wrote a good review last week but now I changed my mind. The pizza is good here, but customer service is horrible, which is why I will never go here ever again. Be prepared to wait almost an hour for your food. I ordered online and came in a half hour later and my order hasn't been started yet. The worker told me 5 minutes so I came back in 10 and my food was still not ready. I waited another 5 minutes and was told that the pizza is almost done. Now it's been 45 minutes and I finally said forget it, I want my $ back. He refused and took my pizza out and showed me. I didn't feel comfortable accepting it since he told me it needed more time right before he took it out. I told him you told me 5 minutes 20 minutes ago and he replied, "Aint no pizza take only 5 minutes to cook" I never said it did, he was the one that told me 5 more minutes. He clearly knew it was going to take way more than 5 minutes so he used what he said against me. I was very upset and he was just trash talking when I was walking out. I never felt like that leaving a pizza place. The other guy who works there wouldn't have treated me like this for sure. It takes 1 bad worked to ruin a customer. You lost me forever!!

First time ordering pizza from here . Also the last. 2.30 for each topping? I saw about 6 pieces of sausage on a large pizza. The dough was soggy undercooked. the cheese was sliding off the top of the pizza. It was pretty gross.

I have had at least 2 other honey mustard chicken sandwiches from this store. They were awesome! Today I ordered one. The price went from about 9 dollars to $11.75. The bread, for some reason, was tougher. There was less in it and the chicken was tough as well.

Two of the four times I’ve ordered from this establishment has been an absolute let down. I’ve waited over two hours on a Thursday evening for a burnt, lukewarm, mess of a “pizza”The service, especially from one of the young ladies who answers the phone is absolute garbage. When the last delivery person left my pizza on the front door of my apartment complex without ever calling me, for over an hour, leaving a massive grease stain on the rug, I swore I’d never order from them again. I found the pamphlet in my house and believing it to be a different pizza establishment, I went ahead and ordered from them again, like a fool. I spend over $40+ on garbage they try to pass off as pizza with poor customer service. What an absolute shame.

These guys are great and this comment is way over due. Vivaldis staff is nice and they work with you. I ordered a pizza and wings from here about a month ago. On my way home I took a turn that resulted in losing my wings and pizza. I called them to see if I could reorder but they replaced most of my meal at no cost. This is not an attempt to get people to take advantage. This is a comment to show how they went above and beyond. And took time to help me. Thank you guys for being great. The food is also delicious. ?

Very disappointing.The Margarita pizza we order had tomato slices that were far too heavy for the far too thin crust to be picked up and eaten. It also appeared that the margarita pizza was turned upside-down or has been shaken around.The menu did not indicate that the salad had olive in it and we would have asked for it without them had we known. The chicken in the salad and on the Alfredo pizza was shockingly bland. Not worth the 50 dollars I spent on a salad and 2 pizzas.
