Went here and spent $79 plus tip. Service was devastatingly slow for a dead Saturday night. Over 30 minutes to receive our entrees and of the 3 drinks between 2 people it took 10 minutes for each round to come out. Bland, flavorless meatballs and sauce and a drink that was 75% triple sec with a splash of vodka. No gin drink on the cocktail menu??? Why? The chicken “special” was so dry and flavorless, we would have been better off eating at home. $22 (?!!!!) for flattened, under seasoned chicken on a bed of grainy tomatoes and dry arugula. Not worth the price, and wayyyyy over-hyped

Took 10 minutes to get acknowledged at the door, sat at the table for 15 minutes before waiter even came and asked if we were served yet, we said no and he walked away. Table sat after us was served before us. Resturant was not busy at all, hostess complaining about not having enough staff to help but most tables were empty. We left. Couldnt even tell you what the water taste like.

This is not our first time at Figs and certainly won't be our last! The food and service were amazing as always, and it isn't a night at Figs without a visit from the owner. It's a small restaurant but not a small feel. I love everything about Figs!

Ate there this past week. Two meals weren't hot. NY Strip Steak was terrible and sent back. It's hit or miss and has been, since it opened years back.

Unfortunately, the service was very slow and seemed to have forgotten about us. We would have ordered another drink and dessert but she was in the dining area, we were in the bar at a high top.

Just had a horrible $200 meal at Fig. Every single thing on all 5 of our plates was uneatable. I’m in shock how they could serve 5/5 horrible meals. We had to chase the waitress down for our check for 10 minutes and we refused to take any of the food home for our dogs. Our dogs deserve better food.

Pretty, quiet restaurant with unique offerings.

Really bad! Reservation wasn't ready when we got there so we sat at the bar thinking we'd have one drink and the table would be ready (the drinks and charcuterie board were awful). After almost 45 mins total and no table we just left and went down the street to Marketplace which was great. It's too bad because this place is cute but definitely won't be going back.

I love Figs. Their food is excellent and the people are great. The only complaint is they are not open enough days. But we're happy when they are!

We have been here 4-5 times with good results. Last night was poor. We were seated and after 20 min I had to ask were the staff was. No one told the waitress she had a new table. Food coming out of the kitchen was staggered extremely most of the meals came out separate by several minutes. The quality of the dishes were poor and should have never been served that way. Brussel sprouts were soggy and lifeless, fish and chips were very oily and the fries were cold. Disappointing

Great little date night spot in the middle of Sandy Hook. Ambiance is perfect and food was delicious. Service was slow but they were down a chef the night we went. We'll be back!

Best place to eat in the Hook, food is exceptional along with the service. Been going there for years always try to get the PBC, you get enough for two meals. Everything on menu is great. Also great sitting at bar and talking with locals and others just visiting.A must to try Figs!!

All the food is great In my wife and my opinion. The Memphis pizza is awesome as is the Pear & Walnut salad. My wife really likes the Potato pizza. The only not so good is the price of a glass of wine.

Beautiful restaurant! Ordered the charcuterie board, with meat for $19. Gorgeous presentation and generous portion, however the entire plate was cold. The Brie was too cold to spread and the bread was ice cold, hard and two of the four pieces were dark/burnt. The quality otherwise was great and we enjoyed it with two of the house cocktails which were lovely. We we seated at a tiny table for two, although we had a reservation and it was early - there were many nicer tables for four that would have been more comfortable than the drafty spot we were seated in. COVID is tough and maybe this isn't typical, so we'll give it another try.
