Went in at around 3 PM to grab an asiago bagel as there is a massive snow storm coming in and I wanted something to eat tomorrow morning. While I know Panera tends to run out of these bagels - I was happy to see trays full of them behind the counter. When I ordered the bagel - I was told they were out - and that the ones in the trays were "for tomorrow." I asked if they could sell me one today and - after the cashier conferenced with the manager for like 2 minutes - I was told no! Why does it make a difference if I buy the bagel today or tomorrow morning - it's the same price!?! I understand not wanting to sell out of bagels before the next day - but this was ONE bagel I was asking for! Is this really a problem that they have? Too many people buying bagels after 12 PM such that they run out for the next morning??? I have trouble believing that... The cashier had this blank look on her face - and clearly did not appreciate the absurdity of this situation! To top it off - there is a massive snow storm coming in tomorrow morning - which I would imagine will limit their business. There is no way they are going to sell all those bagels! Most of them are probably going to end up getting thrown out =( Shame on the manager if this is not an actual company-wide policy and they just wanted to give me a hard time! At least I learned from this that Panera bakes their bagels a day before they are sold - so not quite as fresh as I thought they were...

The amount of food you get for the price is pathetic. I have gone multiple times to get salads and they are literally weaker than a pile of grass you pull out of the ground. Will not be going back.

Arrived for lunch on a Sunday. Approached counter with two (2) people in line ahead of me. Waited five (5) minutes and not a single worker acknowledged any of us in line. I left and went to Wendy's instead.

I just want to register how disappointed I am with the ambiance of this place. It’s a great location, and I would go there a lot of it were comfortable, but it’s not. I’ve tried. I go. I sit down. But I can’t bring myself to stay long because, unlike every other Panera I’ve been in to date, the layout of the place is cold and unwelcoming.

First of all if I could give zero stars I would. Secondly I noticed my first review I posted is no longer shown??? Why is that. bottom line I got a take out order for 48.00 and everything was wrong! I ordered cream of chicken w rice and received creamy tomato. I ordered turkey with greens bacon red onion on a Chibatta toasted. Received turkey greens bacon red onion on white bread with avocado hand print top and bottom on I toasted bread!!! My wife ordered Salad and half turkey sandwich on toasted chibata bread. She too received it on white bread! Salad was very small as with soup. Everybody’s big y has same size for 2.99 I spent 3 times as much for wrong order. I will never go to a Panera bread again. I can take cooking classes at their prices and would avoid the horrible service as well!What a waiste of time and money. And I am pissed how they took down first post!!!!!

This Panera is fairly new and I was impressed with how nice it is. Service was great, didn't have any food, but the drinks, location and staff were excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be very accessible.

Tonight my husband went and got takeout from Panera. I had ordered a turkey deli sandwich and he came home with half of a turkey bacon bravo. The receipt showed that the order was correct and paid for a full sandwich. I was not happy with the half a sandwich. It is not what I wanted and didn’t like it. I’m sure someone else had ordered a pick two and didn’t get their half a sandwich. They got my full sandwich not going to the one in North Haven anytime soon. He had already driven all the way home and we were not about to go back

Very disappointed in this Panera bread location. First of all when receiving food is ready notification suppose to be ready in the counter but is not. I head to wait another 10mins? I ordered the creamy soup and is little under warm instead of hot? The BBQ chicken sandwich is burned and where is the onion?

Someone made a fraudulent online transaction using my credit card today at 570 Universal Dr, North Haven, CT, 06473. When I called the Panera location they mentioned the person had already picked up the order and when I asked them for more information, the person on the phone hung up on me very abruptly and suspicious implying it was done by one of the employees there. SO BEWARE. Also if the person is seeing this, enjoy your diarrhea:)

Our orders were not prepped correctly at all (wrong bread, missing ingredients). We were not given cups. Although I understand that it was dinner rush and the place was busy, I left feeling as though I should have skipped Panera tonight.
