Happened to be in the parking lot where the shop is located and saw plenty of people coming out with pizza boxes, so I decided to grab a $5 slice to go. All of the pizzas looked good, but I decided on the mashed potato and bacon. "Mike" (owner's grandson?) told me if I bought 2 slices, I would get a free fountain drink but I declined. Thanks to the numerous five star Yelp reviews, I went to Inferno Apizza with the hope of discovering yet another top New Haven style Apizza shop to add to my expanding list. And wow! Inferno is great - not good - great. I ordered three small apizzas. White Shrimp - Cheese - Mushroom, Peppers, Onions. They were all outstanding. The place is very clean with numerous very comfortable tables. Restroom is spotless. And the three people working were awesome. Very highly recommend.

Super underrated pizza. Drove 90 mins roundtrip to pay for a 3$ slice. Worth every minute and every cent. Best pizza in CT.
