“I call this place "Sweet Baby Ray's" because the "Sauce is the Boss." I enjoyed a deep red cabernet sauvignon with top notes of cherry, oak, wine, and middle notes of black opium, bottom notes too were there. Overall good experience. Will return and repeat. I left feeling satisifed.“
“Lovely vineyard with an excellent selection of wine. Enjoyed the wine tasting they have. I’ve been quite a few times and enjoyed it each time. It’s gorgeous when the sun is setting too. You feel like you are in the most serene, peaceful environment. The ambience is everything. My friends and I brought some cheese, crackers, grapes and with their wine, it was both perfect and memorable. Highly suggest going there for a romantic evening, an evening out with friends, or for any special event. 10/10!!“

“I just had my daughter's bridal shower ant Rose Vineyard and Winery and it was perfect! I am from out of state and was anxious about planning a venue from far away, but Ellen made it so easy! My daughter said her day was EVERYTHING she had dreamed! The food was AMAZING! The service was excellent! The staff very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The room for the event was absolutely stunning with bright windows and a beautiful fireplace. Every guest said they were very impressed with everything they had to offer. This amazing tent setup with food, drinks, and live music is a real game-changer. It's exceptionally family-friendly; we easily brought our stroller up to the table, and there was ample room for our daughter to run around and enjoy looking at the animals.I noticed several families cleverly bringing play pens for their babies to enjoy the outdoors while they relaxed with drinks and music - a genius idea! The staff, as always at Bishop's, were lovely and accommodating. The drink selection was pretty good, though beer choices were somewhat limited. It's great to see that they offer their own house beverages and some non-alcoholic options too.The biggest surprise was the quality of the food. The pork bun was reasonably priced and surprisingly tasty. While it's not five-star dining, the solid food options, fine beverages, and the abundance of space to enjoy the outdoors and live music make this one of my new favorite spots in the state. It might not be a hidden gem since it seems quite popular, but it's certainly a place we'll be returning to 100%.“
“Rosabianca is my favorite winery in the whole state of CT. The wines are absolutely delicious and the staff and family of Rosabianca make you feel like you are part of their family. It's quaint and rustic with beautiful scenery. I highly recommend making a visit you will not be disappointed.“
