Macari Vineyards Wineries • $$
150 Bergen Ave, Mattituck - 2.65 miles

“This is one of my favorite vineyards on the island. We discovered this place through my husbands Riverhead family hometown and it has become a quarterly addition to when we visit the family. We came here for a wine tasting and were introduced to the wine club and we haven’t regretted it. The team at Macari always follows up with member concerns and is genuine when things aren’t always seamless and try to make things right in the moment when you give feedback. Highly recommend if you are looking for a wine club and you live in New York City.“

“This is a perfect vineyard to start your day off at. I personally can't drink red wine at noon so bubbly is a much better choice for me. Our server was knowledgeable and it was a gorgeous day to sit outside and look at the vineyard. The wine flight was yummy too.“

Pellegrini Vineyards Wineries • $$

“This is a great Venue and winery. We enjoy Pellegrini wines and have just joined their wine club. It's a delight to visit the winery and sit back relaxing with a glass of wine in their nice tasting room. John is the GM and he along with his team will welcome you and introduce you to what is in my view one of the best wine producers on the East End.“

Ev&Em Vineyards Winery • $$

“I celebrated my 33rd birthday 2/25. It was amazing we had a party bus drop us off. Though it’s winter season it was still beautiful to visit. Tasting deck has wonderful lighting. We got upgraded to the private cellar to accommodate for very chilly temperatures took minute for tasting deck to warm up. The staff was amazing (Gaetno & Christian) and helpful. My favorite wine was the Steel Chardonnay. We will be back for spring/summer time.“

Osprey's Dominion Wineries • $$
44075 Main Rd, Peconic - 9.48 miles

“I came here as part of a wine bus tour. It was my least favorite of the three wineries we visited. We felt like just a number here, as it wasn't a very personalized experience. An employee came on to our bus to welcome us but after that, we were pretty much on our own. We tasted four wines, which were served in plastic cups. Other than brief descriptions printed on a sheet on the serving tray, not much information was shared about the wines. You could purchase hot dogs here as well as "sangria," which was basically just a rose spritzer. We walked through the vineyards but they were not as picturesque as other spots. One nice touch was that there was a band playing live music. It's a decent place to visit and a nice outdoor option to get out of NYC but wouldn't be at the top of my list to return to.“

Borghese Vineyard Wineries • $$
17150 Middle Rd, Cutchogue - 6.11 miles

“Absolutely LOVELY spot. A beautiful and cozy vineyard with a wonderful manager that will come over and explain all the wines and notes to you and your guests and give you a real tasting experience. We went on a rainy day, so the big cozy barn with art was PERFECT. so if you’re going on a cold day/not perfect weather… it’s the perfect spot. All the wines we tasted were DELICIOUS and we bought a few bottles. Thank you Evie for a great experience!! The dog that roams around is sweet, kind, doesn’t bark and lets you pet him but doesn’t follow you around. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks since they don’t serve. It was a perfect experience.“

“This delightful winery in Suffolk County is a true highlight of the region. From the moment you enter, you're wrapped in a blend of elegant and cozy atmosphere, complemented by the remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The quaint gift shop adds a lovely touch, ideal for finding unique gifts for fellow wine enthusiasts. The wines themselves are a highlight, especially the Riesling and White Merlot, both offering exceptional taste experiences. Coffee Pot Cellars Wineries • $$
31855 Main Rd, Cutchogue - 7.2 miles

“Coffee Pot Cellars is a delightful stop on the North Fork wine trail. Just note that they are open mainly on the days around and including the weekend days. We had the privilege of meeting the winemaker, Adam, who was a great host and obviously knows his wines well. He also went to my alma mater so we had to talk about our university too. The wines were nice, but they do not expect to ship their wine unless you live in New York since they only ship in state. His wife also runs a farm and makes preserves, jams, etc and preserves Monarch butterflies. Very enjoyable stop and recommend.“

We signed up for membership after our first visit and will be returning soon. Thanks Sannino!“

Pindar Vineyards Wineries • $$
37645 NY-25, Peconic - 8.31 miles

“Fun spot for a casual tasting! 5 wines for $15 with generous pours. Service was quick and you could sit anywhere (you do not need to stand by the bar counter)! There was live music on the outside patio until 5p and it was super enjoyable and relaxed. Of the wines, I found some whites too tart and some reds too astringent but there are no hills on LI for the flavors other wines develop. Otherwise, it was a good spot to just relax, and I would come again to try some more wines and enjoy good company and music!“

Mattebella Vineyards Wineries • $$
46005 NY-25, Southold - 9.91 miles

“Nice winery in Long Island. Each part of the winery has its own character, and they have different seating arrangements for groups of 4-8. The wines & charcuterie boards are on the pricey side. We got the White wine tasting menu. It was 38$ and we got to taste 9 different wines. They were all quite good. The service was Aok. The negatives were the porta potty situation and the cash only tips. They should get real bathrooms and not many people have cash with them. Overall it was a good experience.“

“Beautiful winery, the building is so gorgeous and authentic. People here really create an atmosphere and provide amazing experience for customers and club members.
