I must say that this boba place is absolutely wonderful. I stopped by the other day after months of not having boba and Eric made me want to keep coming more often now. He answered all my questions and concerns and informed me that there are drinks for everyone here. He kindly gave me samples of his recommendations. I went with the Passion Oasis but all the samples were delicious. I will definitely be back soon and will recommend this place to my friends.

normally i'm not picky about my bubble tea but today i ordered the amber lake which i normally get as it's a tea based drink that doesn't have dairy but when i ordered the drink it came foggy and not translucent. i asked the lady working there if there was milk in it and she thought i didn't know what i was talking about and said no. if there wasn't any milk then something else was in it such as powder but it didn't taste anything like it was suppose to and there wasn't a hint of lychee flavor as well. i normally like this place which is sad as this time i obviously was upset but hopefully either the drink is made right next time or the lady learns that the drink isn't suppose to made like that.

Somethings off. I try to go whenever I’m at the mall because it’s so delicious but today I left unsatisfied. For starters, the girl taking the orders was so rude. She was a younger Asian woman. It seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. She felt the need to correct people every time someone said “medium” too like she “couldn’t” understand what they meant. It was giving that energy where she gets satisfaction from you saying the order to her liking rather than just taking the damn order. I always get the Oreo flavour but today it tasted bad. If this is what to expect for the future of this business then you can count me out.

Got the Pearl Milk Tea - the boba was over cooked and the drink is very milky and sweet, not very strong tea flavor. Also it has a little powdery texture. They don't ask how you want your sugar or ice level so you're just stuck with how it is. The only option in SoNo but not good bubble tea.

I'm so upset. I asked for non dairy milk for a reason and they gave me regular milk. Because of the syrup and the boba at the bottom of the cup I didn't realize until almost half of the drink was already gone. I have a wedding to get to and now this is going to delay me for so long. If someone tells you non dairy maybe don't give them dairy.
