China Moon is a "New York Style" takeout restaurant that literally looks, feels, and tastes like it was lifted from NYC and placed in Norwalk. The outside and the inside don't look great, but the food is awesome. The restaurant even has those faded, backlit menu pics, a staple of NYC takeout restaurants.
Compared to other Chinese restaurants, China Moon is definitely on the cheaper side, but the food is "bussin" as the kids say. Order any of the classics like General Tso's, Sesame, Orange, etc., and you will get the desired crispy outside and juicy inside. The soups are great too, and all the food is prepared quickly by the friendly staff. Keep in mind this is NOT your high-end, gourmet-style place, but if you are craving something quick, cheap, and delicious, China Moon is your spot!
