Every time I go to SoNo mall, I have to go to this place! It is amazing here! Noddles taste phenomenal, Great pricing and Amazing things to choose from! And the staff is friendly.Will return and with always impressive noodles.

I love this place so much! I am happy to say that I'm a regular and I come in at least once a week. As a vegan, they have options for every type of diet and are very flexible with adjustments and making your order whatever's best for you. The staff is so incredible and friendly and all the orders are made in less than 15 minutes. I will be coming here as much as possible, the food is so filling and delicious!! This is my favorite restaurant!

The food is good. Not very friendly staff. Intentionally poor service.I asked for an extra bowl for my ramen and they gave me a paper tray. It leaked all over the place. They obviously knew this and did it anyway. They have small takeout bowls they could have given mebut I guess they try to save on expenses at the cost of bad customer service.And I tipped them 15% for this.

For those who want to try the best Japanese ramen in this town, Sono Ramen is there for you. I had spicy ramen, and It was wonderful. To be honest, It can't go better than this. I was quite worried after some bad reviews on Google, but it turns out they were stupid. You must go and try some of the best noodles right now. Fried chicken is also highly recommended. Try them all

Delicious!! My kids love the ramen and I dig the pork buns. But the customer service is even better! The owner took my order and as I went to pay I realized my wallet was at home. She immediately told me to pay next time I come (at this point she had not cooked a THING and could easily have just cancelled the order out of the register). When I insisted, asking her if she could just type in the credit card number manually (I have it memorized) she said that was not possible on her machine. I told her to cancel the order please, I just didnt feel right not paying! It was then she thought of Zelle and I was able to Zelle her the money. Whew! Yummy meal and an owner who was willing to actually give it to me for free. I was so impressed with this customer service.
