We came to eat after a cheer competition with 6 adults and 6 exhausted kids. We were very hungry, and this was our second attempt after trying elsewhere with a 45 min wait. Instead of being treated like an annoyance, we were given excellent service from Lauren, who was very kind and professional . Our food was hot, portions large, kids were happy. We had tortellini, chicken Parmesan, salads, panini....mango margarita was excellent! Our checks were separated, and dinner went off without a hitch. The dessert case was so tempting, but we were just too full. We appreciated the restaurant for accommodating our group, after a long day. we will be back!

Reubens were greasy, had almost no sauerkraut and the corned beef was tough

Service was good but the food was disappointing. We were a table of 6 and none of us ate our whole meals. Chicken Alfredo was soo thick, chicken Parm and the spaghetti with meatballs wasn't that either, the sauce tasted like jar sauce...and finally the baked stuffed shrimp was good but the rice they served was obviously reheated rice, it was crunchy..,.will not be returning especially after paying so much for mediocre food.

I ordered a Cobb salad. Which is an actual thing. I got lettuce, egg, and apple slices. When I called to explain I got the wrong salad... they stated" sorry.. thats how we make our Cobb salad" ITS NOT A COBB SALAD. Stop calling your version that. No offer of any reimbursement. So disappointed.

This is probably the nastiest pizza in Norwich! The pizza tasted like they made it out of cardboard with sauce and very little cheese. I do not recommend.

Stopped in for an early dinner. Couldn't quite figure out the cafe as it's in a strip mall and when you pull up it looks like all they have is a bar and counter seating but... go back further in and you'll find a large room with tables and booths. The server acknowledged us immediately and told us to sit wherever we liked. We were given menus and our drink orders weee taken. We ordered the French onion soup, French dip, and the Italian Fat Cat panini. Soup came piping hot with plenty of cheese and loaded with onions. The broth had good flavor but a shot of beef bullion would have added a lot more flavor. Buy it was still enjoyable in a cold day. The French dip was well seasoned and cam with plenty of any jus for dipping. The panini was nicely toasted with a good amount of salami, Genoa salami, and spicy capicola, topped with provolone cheese. This was a great sandwich and I'd order it again. The ambiance of the place is one of cat portraits hanging on all the walls that makes for an enjoyable dining room. The service was excellent with our server being very attentive. Next time we're in the area we'll most likely stop back in and try more of their selections.

No complaints really. Good food, just asked for medium rare burgers and it was basically raw, very accommodating to recook it though , nice waitress, I DO highly recommend this place ?

This place is absolutely amazing! Staff is so nice, food is amazing!!!! Below. It doesn't show all things we have had. All the burgers are absolutely amazing. We've gotten takeout at lunchtime. Our food was picked up by my boyfriend and brought home. It was still steaming, hot and NOT soggy!! A++++ one of our new favorite places. Next time we order I'll post some pictures.

We went for dinner, 7pm Thursday night sat at the bar. No dairy free or gluten-free options. My boyfriend had the New Yorker sandwich. I had Mushroom Swiss Burger, no bun. My burger tasted ok, but was very greasy. French fries were good. Boyfriend's sandwich was ok. Bartender was pleasant. We were left alone at the bar. Once home I was sick all night. ? Food poisoning. It was the only thing I had to eat. Had to miss day of work. Will probably never go back.

Service for pickup was slow. They probably should hire 1 other waitress for more adequate service. Overall it was good.
I bought a large pizza and got three toppings which cost THREE DOLLARS EACH. This is the amount of toppings on my pizza- I asked for pepperoni, bacon, and feta. For an extra $9 this is ridiculous. Fat Cats has always been overpriced for what it is, but now this is just overtly scamming the customer.
