If the slow lil girl with the purple hair or the short bum with dirty dreads is there just know your food is going to take 30 mins & it’s 50/50 it’s gon be messed up. Just went to Norwich town they took literally 2 mins with the same order & got it right . At all cost avoid the lil girl with the dull face that looks slow & the short dirty lil kid that need a retwist. Ps they look like they stink I really wouldn’t even want them touching my food!

The worst experience Ive ever had. The manager was rude, and she refused to take responsibility for her poor management. I am not one who writes bad reviews but this was the absolutely worst experience. McDonalds is not a place I expect great service but if you have the choice? Don't let this lady, or her staff, anywhere near your food. Dont give them your money. Let them close.

Doordasher had to argue with the manager because they let people steal orders and don't verify them. Manager was rude and uncooperative and massively unhelpful. I will never order from this location again because of the manager.

I figured to get my kids a happy meal in route home. I will never go to this McDonald's chain again. I was the only one in line at around 5PM. I was never offered my receipt and I watched the girl at the window take a call as I asked a question and try to then drain the ice from my childrens drinks that I asked upon ordering.I had to ask 3x for sauce for the Two kid nuggets and and the other 6 piece nugget ordered.With the new staff member that came to the window as the other took her phone call, gave me 2 sauce for 3 orders of chicken nuggets and closed the window. Baffeled I left and wrote a review to corperate. Never again

I was only person at counter. It took 10 mins to get to order meal. Took another 15 mins to get the food. Order was wrong: I was given 2 orders by error and charged double. Counter lady told me: "Sorry, I'm working alone, too many people called in sick. I can't fire them, I am not the general manager." My advice: avoid this business altogether.
They are very slow then still messes up orders every item was wrong and the burger bun was cold and all the toppings falling off.
