A+++ !!! We stopped here spur of the moment, and I am so happy we did! The staff was kind, accommodating and welcoming. The food was delicious! The restaurant was spotless. And this is going to be a place I now crave! We were already impressed with the food and then the owner, Lori, came to our table! She was so sweet and made us feel welcome and so appreciated. Great food, and very fair prices, but the best service you could possibly expect to get. Everyone who works here is so kind, friendly, and helpful, always not only willing but wanting to go the extra mile for their customers. I come here once a week or so on my lunch break from my job in old Lyme and they’ve all learned my name and how I like my food, it’s always hot and ready for me when I order ahead on the app and they service it with a smile and kindness. It’s rare to see such an impressively run restaurant these days, especially when it’s a chain, but these guys do it right. Special thanks to Lori who is the captain of this well run ship, she’s made customer for life in me!

This is the best burger joint in old saybrook by far! Forget McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's!! Everything is made fresh! I ordered a cheesy and Onions ring and it was phenomenal! Besides the great and fresh food and shakes, the owner Lori and staff was also friendly and attentive! I will definitely be back!

Now hold on hold on, did I just give a fast food joint 5 stars? Yes, now let me explain. It's fast food. That's your baseline. A customer like my self is in a rush wants to get food and get out. Of course I'm expecting a run of the mill fast food place. WRONG! Super friendly staff and ya wanna know why!? They own it!!! Wonderful time at my quick lunch, place looks like it's brand new yet its been here for 11 years. It's a corporate location that's taken care of by the actual owner. He even cooked my lunch! I highly recommend coming here, it was $15 cheaper then 5 guys......

There is a Jake’s Wayback just a few miles from my house but I always end up going somewhere else. While driving through the area I stopped here and WOW! The grilled chicken BLT was cooked perfect, the ingredients were fresh and the service was awesome. Might need to make my local Jake’s a much more regular rotation. If they are all this good I’ll be a customer for life.
