It will take 3 times as long for you to get your food here than any other location. The workers care more about their conversation than their jobs. If you’re a Uber/doordash driver it’s not worth the pick up. They’ll take up your whole night.

I happily walked into Taco Bell on October 4, 2021 with a crazy idea that I’d be getting a free taco (with minimum one dollar purchase) to celebrate National Free Taco Day sponsored by, none other than, Taco Bell.Wow, was I sadly mistaken! I was quickly told that “Taco Bell doesn’t give away food“ and that they were “out of ground beef“ by some ridiculously arrogant snot rag of a person. I’m not making this stuff up, I wish I were.The stunningly rude staff should seriously watch their step and their tongues because false advertising makes them all look like buffoons. Unnecessarily rude employees make them all look much worse than buffoons, it demonstrates, unambiguously that they needn’t be in the service industry.I was prepared to eat dinner at Taco Bell and spend more than the one dollar minimum requirement. So much for my free taco to celebrate “National Free Taco Day.” I’m embarrassed for y’all, but you’re not embarrassed about your despicable manner of which you treated me and because of that, I feel very sorry for you folks.You chose to view me, the paying customer as a hostile agitator, telling me to leave, ignoring my my point of view about how ridiculous it is to advertise one thing in your app, and then turn around and tell the customer that you’re “out of ground beef” and you “don’t give food away.”These people are ridiculous. I will not eat at their restaurant and they couldn’t care less about that. They seem resentful to have a job.The free taco at Taco Bell’s National Free Taco event as advertised was nothing but a big, fat SHAM, false advertising at its worst.The employees at Taco Bell breached my trust and dishonored themselves very badly by treating me so poorly and unfairly with such arrogance, ignorance, hostility and condescension.I’m not sure how places that run their business in this manner stay in business but it’s worth my time showing these people that their actions have consequences.Whenever I drive by a Taco Bell fast food restaurant, I feel sick to my stomach.Thoroughly nauseated and disgusted,Rick in West HavenUpdate: It’s infinitely fascinating that the owners and/or managers haven’t responded to my review. The worst Taco Bell… I don't recommend this place at all ? this is the third time that my order is missing food and when I complain about it they return it to me with little meat and poorly done. Terrible customer service, I don't understand how they can make mistakes with orders if they don't even have that many customers to serve. If the manager can read that and care, I hope he does something about it because we are not here to give away the money.

Around 12:00 am on Monday December 4th , I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru window while the woman ( Jazmire) wasn’t even there. She was not attentive to the fact i was waiting. I said hold on I need to get my card, then proceeds to walk away I had been waiting for her for 15 minutes . We have to tap on the window to get this woman’s attention after waiting for 15 minutes. All she was doing was having a conversation with her headphones on. What’s the point in being at a job if you’re not going to be attentive to the customers waiting. What horrible customer service and I hope that this lady learns correct customer service. Also I ordered chicken tacos and she gave me two beef tacos.

I went tonight to order just flat bread fried the girl came over like she was the manager to ask ne what needed I told her I ordered flat bread fried at the drive thru. The cashier gave me uncooked flat bread I returned to the store to explain what I wanted, she said to me they dont fry flat bread anymore, I also explain to her I always get the there and had to explain how they package them SMHso I asked why she stated they don't touch the food. So my question is if they don't touch food how in the world they make tacos and the Chalupas. NEW MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PLEASE ?

My experience at the Orange location was atrocious. Service was HORRIBLE. My steak quesadilla was missing from my bag. There was noone in the restaurant and I was questioned about my missing items that I had literally ordered 4 minutes earlier. Then when I was given the quesadilla it was literally empty in 1/2 of it. I opened it up and there was 1 tiny piece of steak with tons of sauce. I order this all the time at other locations and it's my favorite. This experience was horrible and I wouldn't dare ask them to remake it because of the unprofessional behavior I had already experienced. I will not return to this location.

I would give a 0 if I could this taco bell & service is about as ghetto as I dont know what had 10 people in line my husband came home & told me about the worst exspierence yesterday in the drive through when he got off of a long 11 hour work day starting with the cashier then led to the managers with no customer exspierence what so ever first of all my husband wouldnt of been so irate if the manager would of handled the situation better my husband already paid for his food its the response that. the casheir gave is what started the whole thing thats when my husband cussed every last one out cause first of all 4 people that were employees were up front yelling & rude to my husband who is the customer so anyone would of went off that been waiting & waiting & the cashier at first going to say its going to be a little while before the food is going to be ready & while my husband & others waiting for their food others were also getting impatient & upset saying they just want there food & go like what is going on & when the employees up front arguing back with the customer who is my husband they could of been making his food worst service ever very very unproffesional. & this is not the first time we both came here & had past issues as well this just was beyond terrible service You can even look back at the camera & see the time frame my husband was waiting that is all & how many employees were at the drive through window arguing with my husband who is the customer & my husband didnt even want the food at this point Just his refund. In which he got after all the unproffesionalism every last one of the employees included the manager shows that they all have no skills when dealing with an upset customer #1 being that the manager should of told the employees to go to the back & allow the manager to handle the situation but all including the manager engaged & made the situation worse is why my husband was irate cause he just wanted his food when every last one was up there playing berfore his food was even getting made No customer service skills what so ever. Never ever again Every last one should be fired for engaging in making my husband get out of character with there ghetto mouths & poor service This was unacceptable & a disgrace & I work in customer service 20 + yrs. & they all probably laughed about the situation after he left. If you dont get a handle on this playhouse then it could be worst from someone else. Corpororate needs to seriously look at all these reviews & do something about this immeditely or this establishment will be shut down this is not customers just complaining to be complaining this is real serious & you need to fire every last one & get a whole new staff & that has customer service exspierience or this could be bad for this buisness & someone might even take pictures & it gets aired on the news & you could have a worse customer that really has no tollerance for BS

The worst Taco Bell in the area. Nobody wants to work apparently always taking forever with orders. Literally sat in drive thru for 20 minutes with one car in front of me. Forget trying to door dash food from there as well because food is always missing and sloppy. Needs a new owner and staff.
