First impression is everything. I walked into this Starbucks because they don’t have a drive through and there were 4 ladies in the back and no one greeted me until 2 min later to finally say “we will be right with you” while your standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge or make eye contact with me.

I love coming here I legit come almost every morning but today it is snowing. It’s a Saturday an Starbucks has the door locked at 8:30 with two people inside an there is someone knocking on the glass and they’re just ignoring him. Their is no note stating what the issue is an I’m sure they’ve just been ignoring customers. Find new workers who care about the people they service

My rating for this Starbucks location is entirely dependent on what time of day/what day of the week I go. Typically I'm there on weekdays in the afternoon-- the baristas that usually work these shifts are great. Super friendly, and get my orders right with nearly 100% accuracy (and even if something is wrong or missing, they never give me any problems about it). As for the baristas that I usually see on weekends/in the morning through the week, I cannot say the same. I've gotten coffee that was downright undrinkable from the morning baristas, and drinks that were just...bad...from weekend staff. Having known the intimate details of working for a coffee chain from someone close to me, I can pretty safely assume that management knows who excels at their job and who can use some more training. I would recommend putting some more time into the latter, and let it be known to the people who deserve it that they're doing an awesome job.

I ran in quickly since my dog was in the car and was delighted to see no one else in the store, as it was a monday morning. I told the lady my order and my boyfriend asked for food, she spoke over him repeating back the wrong order so then forgot our sandwich and adjusted both, no biggie. Right after ordering someone she knew came in and they were talking and immediately made him HIS drink, everyone chitchatted, and he left an entire 10 minutes before we even got our drinks. My poor pup, should’ve been a quick stop. I’ll pick one with a drive thru next time.

I absolute love Starbucks because I am undoubtedly addicted to coffee….Seriously, I love the Venti No Room Americano and sometimes I even add two more shots of espresso!This establishment is clean and spacious. They are struggling with staffing this place to meet the demands of the customer, and this is the only reason I didn’t leave five stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ?I appreciate and enjoy the outdoor seating.Follow me for more reviews!

Don’t come here they took very long to notice us and then didn’t make our drinks asking us if we placed it to the right store .. we literally ordered in the front not through the mobile app.. the younger kid had his AirPods in while the girl in the cash register just talked away with another employee who was not on the

Cashier was not nice, this morning July 18,2023. At 10:40 AM.The app is not working this morning at new britain plainville, I have to make the order inside, I open Starbucks app and I tried to show the cashier the picture of the sandwich that I want because I don’t know how to pronounce it, then she did not take a look at all, she take steps back away from the counter and she pointed at the cooler saying here are all the sandwiches. With expression on her face that embarrassed me with everyone around, so I did not make an order i just got out!

I come here often and the service is always so slow. I’m an avid Starbucks goer and this is by far the worst location possible. It’s super dirty, the staff ignores you constantly and it takes FOREVER for just one drink.

I suggest taking the drive to other locations if you walk in and see Cathy. The other morning I ordered a mobile order at home, drove a whole town over and when I got there it had already been 20 minutes later. After 5-10 minutes of standing inside inside without even being acknowledged, one of my drinks finally came out. Cathy threw it up on the counter didn’t call a name so 5 other people came to check if it was theirs(all who ordered at the counter after I got there). Turns out it was one of my two drinks I ordered. I politely asked if she knew if my other drink of my order would be ready soon(my sons graduation was that day or I would never). She looked up rolled her eyes and said eventually. Another 10 minutes went by so I went to the register to ask for a refund, I really had to go at this point. I was offered an iou not my money back. So I continued to wait. Finally another 10 minutes goes by and after everyone else who ordered after I did got their drinks she finally gave me mine. Almost an hour after my mobile order I finally had 2 drinks. Never again, I miss the old staff.
