Overall very poor experience. Very long wait, didn't have vanilla frosty's, no ice in soda machine, soda came out grossly warm, many sodas weren't even carbonated. Just overall bad experience. ☹️

This place seems to think it's ok to shut down the dining area and operate as a drive through only location. Disappointing. It also has those angled parking spots that make it annoying to back in.

Took the front server about 5 min to acknowledge us. He was busy filling out mobile orders, understandable. Heard the girl in th back say "damn why are there so many people". That was our greeting. He continued the mobile orders. He could of at least acknowledge us and be courteous and let us know he would be attending us. We were served our food. Had to send my burger back. It was cold and literally had half a slice of cheese. My nuggets were cold. My husband ordered a large fry which was less than half. Just a bad experience.

We went in for a little dinner and just could not believe how bad it was. First let me start by saying there was a constant flow of drive thru customers coming in cause their orders were wrong. There was no ice, some soda was out the rest were all flat, they ran out of cheese for the burgers(what?) no spoons, no napkins 2 employees in the kitchen were fighting for quite a bit. There was a female mgr running the front register trying to keep it all together and was very nice to us and tried her best to make everything right. I've been in this location many many times but have never seen anything like this. Not sure I will come back to this location again. Was unbelievable my baconator was horrible and had not much bacon on it at all

The manager was very rude when trying to explain why I was not a happy customer. Went to this Wendy’s and ordered a #1 single burger and upgraded to a larger fry and Diet Coke, ordered 2cheeseburgers with no onions or pickles. Asked for a receipt and was told the machine wasn’t working. Got my order at the drive up. After waiting about 10 mins for my order went home to find out that I got 3 triple burgers with all of them with onions and pickles. To far to drive back, so I had to throw out 2 of them since my husband has a reaction to onions. Called and was asked to come in a noon, so I did. That was a waste of time. Waiting in line, so that I didn’t cut in front of those who have been waiting. The manager was rude and after all the time did nothing to help me. He wouldn’t even provide the contact information for me. I will never go to a Wendy’s again and will spread the word. I’ve been on hold for over 30 mins with the customer service line to get disconnected. My next stop is the local news!

I went there in Plainville just now with my sisters and we stood there waiting until the server finished with the customer before us. Instead of taking our order next he completely ignored us and started packing orders for the drive thru. So we just left. Very bad customer service, that was not nice at all!
Stood in line for 25 minutes to get a Dave's double and a baked potato. Didn't get my Dave's double.Never go to this wendys. It's always very backed up and then they can't even get a 2 item order right without missing half the order

This place is a mess at night. My burger bun was soggy and the patty was cold. When I asked forA fresh burger they responded with an attitude. It’s not the first time this happens. One night I went inside to pick up a DD and the guy taking orders up front had a died out cigarette right on the counter next to the cash register and it smelled TERRIBLE. Not only is this place unsanitary and the staff is rude, i’m concerned about cross contamination, and food borne illnesses.
