I had the Dubai Chocolate flavor — you taste pistachio in one bite, coconut in the next, and chocolate in another — a perfect blend of flavors, yum!! My husband had the banana flavor and loved it. Generous portions & reasonable prices Also shoutout to the young employees! We were there at 9:15 pm and it was still busy, but all the staff were smiling & positive & friendly! 😊 Cute old-fashioned decor inside, a few benches outside. Will definitely be back!”

“My girlfriend and I were there for the first time tonight and everything was amazing. My girlfriend has multiple allergies and our waiter Eric was more than accommodating. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, my mango margarita was excellent. This place is a must visit. The food service industry needs more people like Eric. “I recently tried the chicken parm grinder at Mad River Creamery & Deli, and it was a really solid choice. The chicken cutlet was nicely breaded, tender, and held up well under the sauce. The marinara was flavorful — tangy with a hint of sweetness — and there was a generous amount of melted cheese that pulled everything together. The bread was fresh and hearty with a nice toasted soft crunch to it , the kind of roll that didn’t get soggy after a few bites, which made the sandwich feel substantial but balanced. I liked that there was a good ratio of chicken to sauce to bread. Service was friendly and efficient, owner welcomed us and provided free ice cream samples as we waited for our grinders ( husband got the steak and cheese for his 3rd time ) being a deli, the portion felt more like a meal than a quick snack. The atmosphere at Mad River Creamery & Deli is welcoming — cozy and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bit with a friend (or after getting some ice cream). Already know what I want when I return . Always a great experience, but today the woman who took care of my order (twice in one day because I happened to drop my first drink on the sidewalk...haha) went completely out of her way to show kindness to me today.
