“The pho is excellent and the service was great. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because the atmosphere is a bit mishmosh.
The colors and lighting are lovely, the food was good, but then there are 3 large screen TV's, like something you'd see in a bar (this place is not a bar), and country music playing also. It didn't match everything else and at least to me, created a sort of weird vibe. On this particular night it was also a little too cool in there.

“This is one of if not our favorite restaurant. Definitely our favorite in Putnam. We go frequently and always have great if not outstanding service and food. Our server today was Cally who we've never had before. She was energetic, friendly and attentive to our needs. Outstanding. Food was great as usual and the manager came over to say hi as he does routinely to the guests. A great touch for a larger restaurant but it's nice to have personal service for a successful larger restaurant. Love this place.”

“I found it by accident. I stopped in to get a coffee. OMG it was great. The coffee was fresh, hot and just a robust flavor. The donuts were fresh and homemade, not the mass produced flavor of others. The donuts are a good size. i need to return. I highly recommend it.”

“My hubby and I (from Worcester) always meet my brother, Tom, at The Courthouse. It's pretty much halfway between Leeds CT and Worcester. The food and service has always been great but we've made an important discovery....the owner and wait staff have hearts of gold. My brother fell in the restaurant while leaving, he has balance issues. The staff went above and beyond; holding him, bringing him a cool drink, talking to all of us to make sure we were all OK while we waited for the ambulance. Tommy fractured his wrist in two places. The owner also never left our side. They took our info down and were kind, caring and gracious. I called to update Maria when we left the hospital, she was genuinely concerned. James, the owner called to check on Tommy a few days later. Well done guys! You have life long customers in us. Please know that your genuine level of concern did not go unnoticed or unappreciated! “I love this little hidden gem of a store in Putnam. It’s quite small so their inventory is not fantastic but they are friendly and do have some items it’s hard to get elsewhere. I’ve found vegan cheese I couldn’t find anywhere locally, and also non-aspartame gum. They have done some special orders for me as well.I have only one negative about Harvest Moon- even during the height of the pandemic Harvest Moon did not enforce or request use of masks. Now for a large store I could I see it being optional when there was no state mandate, but Harvest Moon is extremely small, some might even say cramped.In any event I did not let that stop me I still want to support them and I went anyway.EDIT: based on Linda's feedback, I must have hit the store during one time that mandates had not arrived yet. In any event, all good, love the store.”

EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!!”
