“First time here, but I was very impressed by the food and service. I'm trying to eat a more plant-based diet and the veggie quesadilla was not only delicious, but extremely satisfying and filling. One of a few places that actually have blue cheese stuffed olives for martinis! Will definitely stay here again!“

“This place was a really pleasant surprise. Service is quick and attentive. The food is fire and the vibes are on point. Friday after work the place is full of everyone enjoying a meal and a drink. We ordered the hangover burger and the fire man. We forgot to specify how to cook the meat, and it came out a perfect medium rare. Delicious burgers that melt in your mouth, and some solid sides to go along with it. Forgot to take a photo, bhr let's just say I cleaned my plate. As other reviews say, the parking SI very unique to say the least. It doesn't appear to have a lot of space, but as you circle around you'll find plenty of parking. Might be hard to come by because the block is busy, but you'll be fine. Bathroom urinal is an interesting set up but gets the job done. Food came out super quick too. I'd recommend this spot, especially for happy hour which has some good deals.Parking: Lots of space all around the whole building. Shared with other stores for the mini Plaza.Kid-friendliness: There seemed to be some families with a range of kids with them.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp, no stairs.“

“My family and I went to East Side Restaurant to celebrate my sister's graduation from college. The East Side is an authentic German restaurant serving dishes from Schnitzel to bratwurst.We had the wurst sampler as an appetizer, which consists of bratwurst, knockwurst, and German sausage, all served over sauerkraut dressed with mustard and demi glaze. Even though I'm not a big fan of sausage, the bratwurst was my favorite because it was much easier to chew and had more flavor. The mustard and sauerkraut added great and complex flavors!I got their Paprika Schnitzel for my meal. All of the entrees are served with the seasonal vegetable and your choice of potato: spatzel (potato noodles), mashed potatoes, potato pancakes, or fries. I opted for the potato pancakes; they were delicious and had an excellent crust to them. The seasonal vegetable were buttered carrots - a reliable and safe side. The crispy schnitzel was hearty with the creamy paprika gravy. The components worked very well together.The members of my party each enjoyed their beers of choice, a crowd pleaser being their grapefruit beer which was equally refreshing and tasty. “Always amazing food and great service. My only complaint is ever time I make reservations and show up on time, I end up having to wait 10-15 minutes before being seated. Not the end of the world, but for the pricing, I expect a table to be ready when reserved.“

“Had a huge burger, perfectly cooked, must have been flamed broiled as it had those nice crispy bits that can't be replicated with anything but fire. The pulled pork mac & cheese was great too, heaping portion of a nice creamy mac topped with pulled pork, bbq sauce, and finished with toasted bread crumbs. First timer, was there for Tuesday night pool league, had live music and good food, give it a whirl.“

“My wife and I had our first dinner at Vinted Wine Bar tonight. My wife has had a good amount of experience at Vinted, but it was my first time there. Top to bottom... TRULY EXCELLENT!! We shared a nice bottle of Daou Cab while sitting at the bar, and started with the Whipped Hummus, with Crispy Scallion Cake. Best Hummus you'll ever eat, and the warm crispy thin cake slices are very delicious with the Hummus. Terrific! Then we split and shared 2 entrees: The Chicken Milanese, and the Vinted Prime Burger. Both, also super delicious. Rich, flavorful, perfectly prepared by the talented crew in the kitchen lead by the executive chef, and partner, Mike Voight. Ate every bite of everything. Lastly, for desert we shared the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake. Holy cow, that is one incredible desert. Our bartender Chris was very helpful, friendly, and although busy had time to talk with us. And we found all the staff, extremely personable. Mike has a finely tuned ship in Vinted. We'll be back. #impressed“

“Dante and the crew hosted the Wolf Pack Booster Club and the Providence Bruins Fan Club for family dinner yesterday! It was awesome. “The ambience was very welcoming and high end. We had just come from dropping our son off to college in the area and was uneasy about the dress code but they were more than welcoming. The food was outstanding but the service... (Jason) went above and beyond. After driving so far and spending the day moving our son in this was just what we needed. We had the oysters , tuna tartare, lobster pierogies for starters ! Delicious! For dinner my daughter had the dry aged burger and she loved it . I had the surf and turf ( amazing) my husband had the prime NY strip. Cocktails were great. I just can't say enough about the service from front desk to our waiter .. we now know Everytime we come to CT we will definitely eat here again !!! Thanks Jason and staff!! “I was surprised when we got there, looks like a super typical town-y pizza place tucked in a somewhat dingy plaza. The inside is bright, clean, and not at all what I expected. The service was friendly and very fast. There was a steady stream of patrons but staff kept up well, all seemed to be having a good time. The meatballs in vodka sauce were delicious. Fettuccini Carbonara was flavorful and well balanced. I personally would have had more sauce, but I will just request that for next time. Ravioli are huge and generously stuffed. Highly recommended for a high quality Italian experience in an unassuming location.“

Cons- tried to seat us at back table next to restrooms (common experience for older women); we asked for window seating and they accommodated. “Hamachi Crudo-Thai basil, peanut, strawberry”was over-sauced, sauce was heavy, had many jalapeños!; all disguised delicate flavor of fish.“

“I took my wife here for a second birthday dinner last summer. We had received a gift certificate from a friend. Best clams casino I ever had. The lasagna was awesome and the portion was more than Icould eat. My wife said her meal was excellent. Our waitress was very personable, accommodating and made the dining experience here very enjoyable. “We had food experience, everything is made in house. The staff is excellent and we got to meet the chef and the owner's son. My wife and I travel quite a lot in America and Europe especially Austria and we have to say this is a hidden Gem. Everything we had was above and beyond. “I usually love their pizza but I would recommend going there in person for it or double checking it lately. Ordering online doesn't work since its hard to customize pizzas and ots a 10 minute longer wait minimum. We got 2 pizzas for pick up ordered over the phone. 1st the girl was handling more than one phone at a time so not really knowing if we had her full attention. 2nd we ordered the oozy egg no proscute with an extra egg instead. there was no proscute but also no extra egg and the eggs were on only half the pizza. my hubby asked for a side of red pepper flakes they gave him .5oz, kind of stingy. the 2 pizzas came to $38+ and at that price they could at least pay attention and get the order right. Even if they might have been busy, at least do a quality check or read the order back to the customer so it is right.“

“This was one of the best restaurant experiences of my life. Our waitress Diep, was so kind, so helpful, and just so fun! She made this experience a time to remember. I would recommend the truffle fries, the mac and cheese, the garlic bread, which is a new food item on the menu. The garlic bread has blue cheese and pesto. It was so good! I loved it so much! “Red rock is a great place to gather and have a delicious meal. They have great rotating specials and a menu that can accommodate a wide array of diets. Some of my favorite items they serve are eggplant Parmesan, their homemade hummus, all of their salads, and any pasta dish they serve.“

“The experience at 1001 was incredible, we were there to celebrate my sister's birthday with about 10 people, each of us ordered different typical Mexican dishes, quesadillas, tacos, burritos, soda, water that comes with the house, it is a charming presentation. The prices are very affordable, most are under 20 dollars.The place is well located, it has free parking, a green area where you can eat outside with a view of the main avenue.The attention to service was most attentive.Parking: No warm or any inconvenience when parking. It has parking in the front area for two hours.Kid-friendliness: Children are allowed. It has all the accommodations for children/high chair.“

“I really enjoyed this spot. Almost couldn't find it as there's no real signage outside. It is dark, as others have mentioned. But it definitely helps with the vibe. The little book they have the drink menu in is so cute! The man who took our order was very kind & had no issues making me a great mocktail! Very delicious. We had pulled chicken sliders, which were lemon pepper wet with some type of slaw. A little spicy, which usually is not my thing, but I liked these. It's served with kettle cooked chips. Now that I live in the South, I find myself jonesing for the First and Last grilled sausage and peppers, served with side of shells in marinara. It rarely gets better than this, even if you find the real Italian sausage; I've been living in Charleston, a foodie paradise, but I have yet to find the real, homemade salsiccia that you get at First and Last, or buy at D&D market, close by. So mangia Hartford, and pray that this place never changes!“

We came at an off time so it wasn’t busy. It was nice that day, they had the garage doors open with some tables sitting in that entry way. A bit too chilly for me, but some people were taking advantage of the fresh air. We didn’t have any food.“
