If I could give it a negative number I would. It was bad from start to finish. Had to repeat my order 3x. Still got it wrong. Ordered my food with only cheese. I could tell without even looking that it was wrong. I ordered 2 chicken fries. Claim I only said 1. No receipt given either. So no proof. So I had to pull around to the front and wait for my food redo. This was not a complicated order. They brought my food out. Didn't even wait for me to check it and then I was stuck with the wrong food. The manager didn't seem to care much. I was extremely disappointed. Didn't really want my food after all. Won't be going back there ever again. Advise others not to go here ever. Or at least go at your own risk!!!

This week's circular had a number of BK coupons. When I went through the drive thru stated that I had a coupon and exactly what it states. They took my order and I paid via credit card. I asked for a receipt and the girl gave me a funny look. Turns out they charged me full price. I parked and went in with my receipt and the girl that took my order denied that I said I had a coupon, even though I clearly stated it 4 times. They eventually refunded my order and charged me the correct price on the coupon after about 10 minutes of arguing. It shouldn't be so hard to get an order correct and to fix a clear error.If you're going through the drive thru make sure to ask for a receipt and check that they didn't overcharge you.
