“I love the warm bowls of Panera bread! In particular, the Baja bowl! ( : it is delicious and I can eat it even with celiacs. They change gloves before making my bowl, and so far have been very careful about not cross contaminating my food! ( :“
“I recently visited this charming coffee shop, and the experience was truly delightful. The cozy ambiance, combined with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee, created a welcoming atmosphere. The baristas showcased a passion for their craft, evident in the expertly prepared drinks. The diverse menu offered a variety of coffee options, each delivering a distinct and satisfying flavor profile. The friendly staff and attention to detail in both service and presentation made this coffee shop a standout choice for any coffee enthusiast. I can't wait to return and explore more of their offerings!“
“On the road, between Massachusetts where we spent a few days in January 2024, and JFK airport, we visited Wethersfield, a small historic town in Connecticut. The place is charming, especially on Main Street, where you can find a range of attractive businesses. Our favorite remains Lenoci's Italian Kitchen, a real pizzeria set up in a small house.Big surprise when we entered, seeing part of the local Italian-American community seated there! The pizzas are very generous and made on site in dedicated ovens. For a little over $40 for 3 people, we really enjoyed ourselves. I chose Lenoci's Spinach Special with spinach, potatoes, sausages and mozzarella in a small size: it's the equivalent of a family pizza in Paris. I recommend it, but we had to take half the order with us in packages because we were full!Very pleasant and available service. It is very possible that we will come back next time, if the opportunity arises, and when the temperatures are milder ?...“
“This is one of my favorite places!! The food and drinks are amazing — the chopped salad is my go-to! They have tons of classes for all ages on top of being able to pop in and paint something any day of the week. They also have a small business market one weekend a month May-October with tons of awesome small businesses including jewelry, pottery, floral designs, stickers, paintings, soaps, teas and tinctures, permanent jewelry, clothing, candles and so much more. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Firestone. It’s one of a kind!!!♥️“
“I cant say enough good things about Craft Pizza, I've been a customer since I moved here in September and they have never disappointed. They go above and beyond, tonight I accidentally ordered a full pepperoni pizza instead of half cheese half pepperoni. When they called to check in, the pizza had already been made...and they went as far as to make me a small cheese for my vegetarian sister. They are so incredibly kind and make amazing food. Thank you!! <3“
“Great little breakfast/brunch/lunch/bakery place for food along the Main Street.Everyone was very friendly service was fast and prompt. All of their food is made there fresh. The menu has a wide selection of some pretty unique items. The breakfast French toast casseroles were awesome! Very filling and flavorful. The place is small for seating, each table fits two with two chairs, but you can combine tables.Coffee was good and prices were fair.I also saw they have a wide variety of pastries.Parking: Parking is around the back of the store and is free.“
“Best pizza, customer service is amazing. The owner is amazing very personable. I’ve been going here for over 13 years and still The only pizza place to brings home to my heart coming from NY!!!! Plus all the other options Are freaking amazing!!!!“
“I have been a faithful Tapas customer since their West Hartford/Elmwood location. Food is delicious and always so fresh. Can't speak about the desserts other than the baklava, which is also always delicious. The only downside is the takeout only option.“
“Have gone twice now and both times have been awesome! First time I tried the steak burrito and second time the carnitas rice bowl. Both had great flavor. The restaurant is like Moe's or Chipotle but has way more options and toppings to choose from. Definitely recommend!“
“Spicy Sriracha Noodle with Grilled Chicken is go good its my go to. Siam Corner Beef and Drunken noodles are both fantastic as well. The pork dumplings and crab ragoon with Edame are go to apps. The peanut sauce leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, we love this place.“
“"When the promise is broken, you go on living But it steals something from down in your soul" (Bruce Springsteen) If the name of your business promises "Giant Grinders", well you better damn deliver on that promise, right? You'll get no broken promises from CJ's Pizza and Giant Grinders, because their grinders sure do deliver on your expectations. They have 25 different grinders that truly are GIANT and sold in half ($9ish) or whole ($17-$19ish) sizes. Grinders are served with Lettuce, Tomatoes and Cheese, with Peppers and Onions by request. I stopped by for two "half sized" grinders yesterday, a Giant Ham and Provolone with lettuce, tomato, and onions, and an equally Giant Italian Combo with lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, and jalapenos. The portions were huge. The half grinders are quite big and are piled very high with the goods, so a half of the half will be enough for a great meal. Our two sandwiches ran around $23 after the extras and tax, but we are getting 4 meals out of that $23. They also sell pizzas and some very nice salad varieties and pasta dinners with sausage and meatballs. It's a very nice old school pizza/grinder joint and the folks I interacted with were super friendly and welcoming.“
“Pizza is so incredible. Stumbled across this place on the way home from a trip and was not disappointed. The owner Shannon has extraordinary customer service! The Big Mac pizza is to die for. We drive thirty minutes to come to this spot. Hot, fresh, and quality pizza.“
“I ordered takeout as I work right down the street! Food was delicious and the portion size was perfect (Thai Peanut wrap!).I picked up my food and the very busy worker even made a point to thank me for ordering!Vegetarian options: They have tofu as a protein option!Dietary restrictions: So many options!“
“An absolute gem on the main drag in Manchester (not the mall area!) We came in at 5:30 on a Friday and we’re greeted right away. The drinks we tried were both fantastic. We ordered the Brussels sprouts app (my wife loves them, me not so much) and ended up cleaning that plate. We both did salads for dinner. Steak for the wife and I grabbed the cheeseburger salad and some wedge fries. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Dinner for two with an app and two drinks was priced well. The server was polite and timed her table visits just right. Don’t sleep on this one.“
“If you're looking for a hometown, come-as-you-are, everybody's welcomed kinda place, this could be a fit for you. It's not flashy, nor is it a zippy hip spot. It's DEFINITELY the kinda place you stop for refreshment if you're out cruising on a hot afternoon. It's a shame they don't have beer on tap, but the bottled stuff is super cold.“
“I cannot say enough about pickle jar Deli!!! The atmosphere, the food the owner the workers it was unbelievably delicious. The young woman behind the counter I gave amazing recommendations and was extremely patient as we navigated the menu! We cannot wait to go back!!! Friendly staff. Wonderful food! Great atmosphere and awesome options l!“
“I tried their breakfast burrito and churros. The burrito was flavorful and had a good amount of food. I think they should give sauce with the burrito. Very nice young lady who took my order. The churros were delicious. This is take out only, I recommend calling ahead to put your order in. As most items are made to order.“
“I had a great experience here. My card wasn't working and they were gonna give me the sandwich. I'm glad I was able to call my bank and figure it out. But them doing that shows this is a good business and I'll for sure be back again. Them turkey clubs are “
“Deliscious! Fresh and made to order classic style grinders. Excellent prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Old-school feel. Highly recommendedVegetarian options: Veggie grinders, eggplant Parmigian etc.Parking: Small lot in front of store.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is level with parking lot.Dietary restrictions: Build your grinders as you like.“
“We ordered tostones (flattened fried green plaintains) as appetizers. Then we had shrimp fried rice (a generous portion) and fried chicken with white rice and side salad... they were amazing! We definitely recommend this spot, especially if you have time before attending an event at The Bushnell. It is just a quick walk down the street.“
“IMHO, this place is up there with one of the neatest "local bars" around. It has a nice feel, and is spacious, and is a very fun experience. I know this is so gauche, but the staff makes you feel like Friends! Even better; the food is good! The draft beer is cold and the Guinness is poured correctly. The Corned Beef Egg Rolls are a “must try” and the pretzel’s and burgers are very nice. What more can one hope for? Highly recommended to anyone in the surrounding towns and well worth a detour off I-91 on your ski trip or leaf peeping or wherever your travels might be.“
“This has become our favorite Chick-fil-A location in the area for many reasons. The food is always great, the staff is always friendly and this location always hosts a lot of family nights and other events throughout the year. We absolutely love this location and will always come back.“
“Such a great experience! Our server, Brianna, was friendly and just so kind. I had the chicken wings with the buffalo sauce and it was just right amount of kick! I didn’t realize this was so close to Enfield so I will definitely remember this place when I’m around the area!“
“Just going to repeat what others have already said: great food, fairly priced, support local businesses, the owner is a lovely and hardworking woman, her peeps are all great as well, the food is delish. And they know how to hustle, do not freak out of there is a line when you get there because it will move fast. And the food is freakin awesome, did I already say that? Photo shows how it looks mid-destruction when I am cranking through it to make a noon meeting. Love these folks!“
“I eat here frequently. The food is consistently good, the service is extremely friendly, and the wait time is short. From the two slices and a soda deal, to a generous amount of food in a salad or any one of the sandwiches or grinders I have not been disappointed. Only shortcoming is parking and I guess that's due to all the things I mentioned above..“
“We love Joey Garlics, but don't ordered a hamburger. Ordered our daughter one off the kids menu and came out so krispy she couldn't eat it. They sent out another one. The second one looked better. But underneath still krispy, plus tasted gross. Not sure what was wrong with it. Everything else was delicious and really enjoyed.“
“We came to The Olive Garden a party of 25 celebrating a family reunion and we could not have had better service! Our servers, Andrew and Alijah (sp?), were so pleasant and attentive to our needs! We cannot give them enough praise for the way they handled such a large group. Our food all came out at the same time, nice and hot. Amazing job!“
“NY NY holds a place in my heart. Being the first pizzeria my family and I had lunch at when we relocated to CT. Their pizza is always fresh, true oven brick pizza. As a New Yorker, NY NY keeps me from getting homesick when I need a good slice.Their wings are also AMAZING. Perfect crunch with juicy chicken every time. NY NY is our go to in a hectic Friday night.“
“I would recommend the salad bar to all my friends and family. The ladies were great Dimond & Kayla. I didn't get up charge for mixing my greens like at Chopt . I get a large salad every time I go to the salad bar and can even have some leftover for later ?. Really is the best place to get a great salad. Try the Salad ? Bar Trust Me You'll love it“
“CHOPT Creative Salad Company truly lives up to its name, showcasing an impressive level of creativity in their salad offerings. The extensive choices available left me amazed, and the flexibility to customize my bowl added an extra layer of personalization to the experience. As a vegetarian with limited protein options, I was pleasantly surprised that they not only catered to my dietary preferences but also provided a variety of my favorite ingredients. The outlet itself was exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The speed of service was commendable, with the staff displaying both politeness and consideration towards my choices. Hygiene was evidently a priority, adding an extra layer of assurance to the overall dining experience.CHOPT Creative Salad Company is more than just a salad joint; it's a haven for those who appreciate innovative and customizable culinary experiences. Whether you're a vegetarian seeking diverse protein options or simply looking for a spacious and healthy options with excellent service, this is undoubtedly a must-try spot.“
“Nicer hotel restaurant that I thought. Good selection of food still has your premium on the price but if you're in a jam, it's not a bad place to go. Stays open late so it's easy to grab a bite. I had the wings and was pleasantly surprised.“
“We were here for the first time. We were visiting Manchester and staying at a nearby hotel. It was late and we were hungry. We were recommended to go to Elmo's.We weren't sure if they were still cooking, but we were seated and were able to order.Everybody we met were so nice and friendly. The food was really good, but too much for us to eat and we were given boxes. We finished everything for lunch the next day. We will come back the next time we're in the area.“
“Chick-fil-A is always an experience. They really do drive through different. Fantastic food, prices on par with McDonalds, and service that blows the competition out of the water. They pay their staff pretty well too, in comparison, from what I've heard. I wish the politics of the core values of the corporation didn't malign with my own. That really does keep me from coming too much.“
“I love the pizza from Sal’s. I have been ordering from them for years now and was never disappointed. I love the sauce in their pizza, the amount of toppings and the thickness of the crust. Pepe’s is down the road from me, but I’ll drive farther for Sal’s pizza. It’s the best for me in Manchester/South Windsor area.“
