“Please do not listen to the rating on this location. THIS IS THE ONLY CHIPOTLE I FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING TO ANYMORE. They ALWAYS have everything, the employees move fast through lines, and the staff in charge of making the food always has new stuff ready for when they run out so you’re never missing anything. Incredible staff, so hardworking. These other chipotles (Shelton & Milford) could learn plenty from this staff. Great work“
“The food is yummy, and they'll hand out samples of their soup of the day and when I was in there, they put a top on my sample to take it with me, since I had a mask on. I really appreciated that. The soup was BANGIN, just on the salty side (but it was kielbasa and bacon so that's to be expected, frankly.) I love coming here. I look forward to the day they'll be taking cards, is all.“

I go there knowing with certainty, what I'm going to get will taste as it always does.That is important to me. I go that route to my Drs at least twice a month, and that is a staple for me for lunch. “The food is great!! This is where i go if I'm looking for a good burger and chocolate milkshake. They even have straws designed for milkshakes something many others don't think don't have. Service is was very nice. No complaints at all. A must stop for anybody driving along route 34 and looking for a quick bite to eat!! Would've posted a pic but i already ate my food.“

“The store is always very clean. The sandwiches are well made.The staff is friendly.I would have given it 5 stars but for one reason, this shop very rarely offers to use the corporate coupons and special offers.Parking: Parking is very easy. There is a large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in and out easily, there arent any stairs.“
“South of town locale on South main Street (state route 25), the main north/south route through the Botsford section of town, this is on the Monroe side of Newtown. Gets busy on weekends and sometimes you may have to wait awhile for your fries. The food is good the fries are great.“
“I just left Jersey Mikes and they were in the middle of an extremely busy lunch rush. I overheard them saying that one of their employees walked off in the middle of the rush and they were scrambling to put in both in store orders and mobile orders that kept popping up. 2 customers were being VERY rude, one lady saying "I need my order within 5 minutes, this is ridiculous" and another DoorDash driver giving them grief about the wait times even though it was out of their control.When the Doordash driver got his order, he snatched the bag from the employee and stormed out the door. All employees were being very calm in the face of verbal abuse and were working diligently to put out orders , not once returning a remark or instigating anything with the customers. I commend them for their patience, I left a $20 tip and my food was delicious. I think management should look into this incident and bar the 2 nasty customers from the premises since they don't know how to properly address your employees or withhold their temper tantrums over deli subs LOL. Keep up the good work guys.“
“Our recent visit to the McDonald’s in Southbury was an absolute delight! We were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the moment we stepped in. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by manager Karla. Karla’s good personality, wonderful smile, and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience enjoyable. She ensured that our order was accurate, and even took some time to chat with us, which was very nice of her. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. We were also happy with another worker named Edd. He was polite and had a good smile on his face when he brought over our food and told us to enjoy our meal! The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The food was served promptly, and everything tasted delicious! Thank you, Karla, for making our visit to McDonald’s a positive one.
