I applaud any young person getting a new job and every new job requires a learning curve. However, when two people take your order and then it comes out wrong and you stand there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for your drink while other people are getting served, that should clue staff and that somethings wrong. LOVE this place! As a mom of 3, I always need a little caffeine! Service is friendly, efficient and kind. Can't speak on the ambiance since i'm always all over the place and don't have time to sit, but it seems nice. The drinks are made perfectly almost every time!

I’ve gone to the Southbury Starbucks for years that branch and Bethel are the best Starbucks’ I’ve ever been to. The ladies there are always consistent and quick. I really appreciate their efforts. Thanks for everything!
