Unfortunately, my recent experience at this Starbucks left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the establishment was subpar; the floors appeared neglected, covered in spilled liquid and trash. Despite the lack of a crowd, the service was surprisingly slow, leading to a delayed realization that our drinks had been waiting on the counter. The tea, regrettably, tasted diluted, and the overall ambiance suffered due to unfriendly staff. Hoping for an improvement in both cleanliness and service in the future.

INCONSISTENT. I get the same coffee frequently and on the weekend the same barista makes it wrong. I've asked to have it remade and it's always a problem. With the price of this coffee it's unacceptable to have your coffee taste like burnt espresso and with ice filled so high to the top that after one sip, your drink is finished. I'm just not coming to this location anymore and it's sad because this is my town. Newtown Starbucks is always consistent and a lot more friendly-- go there.

Unfortunately my Caramel macchiato taste like hot water with hint of milk. Bacon Sausage Wrap was just with eggs and a lot of potatoes, tiny slice of bacon inside No sausage at all.
I applaud any young person getting a new job and every new job requires a learning curve. However, when two people take your order and then it comes out wrong and you stand there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for your drink while other people are getting served, that should clue staff and that somethings wrong. Then when you figure out the order was put in the computer incorrectly, you don’t tell the person go back to the register and pay for the one that you wanted and they will remake what you wanted, no I’m not getting on a line behind seven other people. Maybe you should’ve been kind enough to warm it up for me in the first place. In addition the cup want even full. Do not penalize the new guy he’s learning, and he was very sweet. But fix customer service..

LOVE this place! As a mom of 3, I always need a little caffeine! Service is friendly, efficient and kind. Can't speak on the ambiance since i'm always all over the place and don't have time to sit, but it seems nice. The drinks are made perfectly almost every time!

I’ve gone to the Southbury Starbucks for years that branch and Bethel are the best Starbucks’ I’ve ever been to. The ladies there are always consistent and quick. I really appreciate their efforts. Thanks for everything!
