Won't be going here again. Purchased a shot for $11 an then I noticed another charge on my card for $8 tip which I did not approve of... contacted the manager and he said that happens alot by accident... good thing I noticed... so for the inconvenience he said he would send me tickets to use since he couldn't give me a refund on anything and I have been waiting for like a month an did not recieve anything and now I have been emailing him again and no response.

Need a lot more security three times I saw a drunk man trying to put his hand in my purse. Then after he moved along he was putting his hand in people's coats on their chairs. I finally had to leave a concert that I paid $50 for. Wild side was the band I went to see they were subpar very poor..

Our server, Melissa, was great. Otherwise, my husband and I will not be returning. They lack seating. I called a week ahead to reserve for 6 people, some couldn't even sit down. We paid 25 for the hour, and only got to play half of the game before it shut off on us. We bought another lane, same issue.... it's not worth 25 at all. You're very close to other bowlers. The drink menu is trash. It was an awful experience for all of us.

Went to Crystal Bee's for the first time and I was not disappointed. Food was excellent, service was amazing and the place in general is awesome. Our waitress (totally forgot her name) was real nice and very personable. Wish I could remember her name, but I know she said she'd been working their since she was 16. Highly recommend.

Fun little spot! Bowling was reasonably priced.Wasn't a fan of having to pay $3 for a card to play games. Found that to be silly. They require you to get a card to play games & then make you pay for said card. I get it is reusable, but it's just wild in my opinion. One of the three pool tables didn't work at all.A server took forever to come over to our lane, my husband went to ask for one and she claimed she'd be right over and another 10ish minutes went by with still no help. We were more than half way through our first game of bowling and still hadn't been able to put in an order. Finally another server walked by to assist another couple & we grabbed her attention. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She immediately grabbed us menus (oh yeah, the first server couldn't even be bothered to do that so we could start looking!) we put in our order of wings and drinks & had so much fun together! Can't wait to bring our daughter here.

Seen a rat there the other day, was scoping out to seek a place for the superbowl.. me and a few buddies went got a few drinks, good vibe, good place, but the bartender has a slight attitude and dirty look on her face. Staff stands around on the phones alot. Gives me mixed vibes between kids and adults... bathrooms aren't to bad but not the best...

This place could be GREAT for live music bands. They have an excellent stage amd lots of seating and dance space. The problem is they do a terrible job of getting the advertising out on Social Media. So great bands with excellent sound system and NO PEOPLE in the crowd? Also the SIGNS on that dark road make it difficult to find for a 1st time person. If they actually advertised a CONCERT list for each month and sent out weekly reminders this place could be one of the best local concert places. I would lay down a vinyl dance floor in front of the stage. The pizza is average but good enough for a dance party with friends. If you bring friends you will have fun. Go alone and it will be boring.

Saw two bands on two separate nights. Both nights I had counter seating, which includes a server. First night, they only had two servers for the ENTIRE room. She was very friendly but i would get two beers from the bar and finish them in the time it took to get a beer I ordered from the server. They seemed way too overwhelmed. The food wasn’t great. And towards the end of the night I legit thought the 2 servers left because I didn’t see them anywhere at all for quite some time (continued to have to head to the bar for drinks).Second night, same number of servers. I saw the server responsible for the counter area taking care of other people at the counter and some tables but didn’t acknowledge me once all night. He didn’t even look at me once. No idea why… ALL beers came from the bar that night. From now GA standing tickets only and honestly only for bands I really really would like to see, as the place is more geared toward sitting.

literally do not go here the service is AWFUL. i don’t usually write reviews like this but oh my god. the bartenders literally looked at me and my boyfriend multiple times, and then proceeded to serve THREE PARTIES that day AFTER us. i swear to god i’m not exaggerating. i’m always the type to tip 20%+ but this was terrible, THEN THEY THREW AWAY MY AQUAPHOR when our bowling time wasn’t even done we were just at the bar waiting 20 MINUTES AND NOTHING. another guy was next to us and dealt with the same thing it was SO. BAD. so so bad. i have worked at an EXTREMELY BUSY bar, multiple. this is not how you work a bar. it was not that busy i promise.

Interestingly enough, you can tell that in its day, this spot was the Family Spot to go to! All of the Entertainment needed to keep the entire Family happy. Arcade machines and toys for your wins, plenty of bowling lanes both top and bottom floor with comfortable seating. A main stage for mini concerts with a smaller bar in that area, plus a full sized bar in the dining room....... That was very large too. The Woman behind the bar took my order to go and I was able to just vibe out to the music and whatever was on the televisions as I waited for my meal to be ready. Price: $33.00 for the following items.(3) Cubano Sliders - Oooooh baby! You want to talk about some soft bun action, lightly toasted with hints of butter appreciation? These small buns of fun had it going on like hot buttered popcorn til' the early morn'!! Light spread of mustard for a slight tangy flare. The 2 pickles sang an accord and actually complemented the pork, which was very tender and continued with a nice chew throughout the sandwich with all of the flavors working together to bring about world peace!! DELISH!! The Fries were wild crispy Family!! You know the type of fries that seem to be double fried for extra crisp activity and then salted up something proper when you hit that potato line with a FEW between your fingers; it golden glee that rests upon your face as you crunch the moment into whatever bliss you are trying to reach and I was there. Unfortunately where we fall short is at the Main Attraction.....the reason that I was here doing a review in the first place. THE BURGER! I had ordered a Rodeo Burger and though I asked for it to be done med well, it was more dried out than expected on that double patty. (sigh). My bacon was after-sex limp and showed no signs of getting back up to crisp anytime soon. That had me a bit depressed...even the onion couldn't power though with any type of flavor that would had. ever mattered and the BBQ sauce was a bit lack luster for my taste. Overall, my Burger fell flat on its face and due to its own embarrassment, it refused to collect itself and keep going....as did I. The service here was very good and the Woman behind the bar struck up some fun conversation while I was waiting. I would return to try something else on their menu, all the same.

Multiple games out of order every visit…they set the claw game to where the claw doesn’t even close (impossible for any kid to ever win), food is terrible and expensive. The shows have been decent.

Attended special Brian's Angels Homeless Fundraising event. The hosts did a great job organizing all. Very clean, Fun place. Crystal Bees employees were all friendly, attentive & supportive. Good selection of tasty food. I had grilled chicken sandwich & my sister had spinach bowl: ? Delicious. The waitress was friendly, courteous & made sure my sandwich did not contain anything I'm allergic to.? The bands playing were all awesome & highly talented. We had a blast chatting, eating & dancing. ??????

We went there for dinner and for kids to play some video games while we killed time waiting for our movie to start down the street. So food was great. Let me just get that out of the way off the get go. There was like 8/9 of us 3 adults and rest kids. They forgot one of the kid’s orders. Forgot to bring us silverware for a while so some just used their fingers to start. Then about when everyone was finished eating they finally brought out the order that they forgot about so it was awkward to say the least. I’m sure it was the waitress’s first week or something but who knows. Then the owner or someone walked by our table. In plain clothes. (Older gentleman) asked how everything was? So my wife gave him the rundown of everything. Then he gave all the kids 10$ gift cards for the video games. Felt bad for the waitress. So then onto the video games. Nothing special just the usual stuff. No hi tech super new video games but the usual ones. There was a Van Halen cover band playing while we were there. Food was great though. !!
