Jackie and Aida were so personable and easy to order with. I travel a ton and when I come to town I usually always go to Bagel Man but I will be for sure be making the effort to travel a bit and come here.Everyone working was very hospitable and welcoming. Anyone travel from out of state; this is the spot to come to.The bagel and the flavor was one in a million. By far the best I’ve had around in the states.Voted #1 in the states for me so far!

However my order has not been correct 1 time.1st visit recieved wrong sandwich2nd visit recieved items on sandwich I did not ask for3rd visit completely different order4th visit right kind of bagel wrong spread.5th visit both items wrong. SSee where I am going with thisThe bagel itself is amazing however there is a real disconnect somewhere between order taker and preparing

Amazing place. Locally owned and staffed and everything is made fresh, on site, daily. Better prices than Dunkin or Starbucks for infinitely better food and service on a much, much bigger scale of variety.Lots of different and unique bagel and cream cheese varieties and usually about 15 flavors of coffee to choose from

It's ok.. lol.. food is good services mediocre but waiting for your food is a different story. Takes forever... Atmosphere is okay except when there's 30 people waiting and it's so crowded in there you can't even sit down. Most of the time the high school boys are in there taking up every seat. Lol.. We did the same thing when we were their age.

I popped in one Thursday, I had to drop off my instrument at the excellent Music Shop next door. Bought two bags of yesterday’s bagels, froze most of them, and used them for my family’s breakfast or lunches throughout the next two weeks. Out of the oven, they were chewy and crunchy, just delicious. Great flour, excellent technique. The poppy seeds tasted like poppy seeds. Very satisfying. The bakers there know a thing or two about making bagels. The staff could not be nicer. I did not try their coffee, but I got a BLT when I picked up my instrument… outstanding! I had to talk myself out of eating the whole sandwich because I had meant to share it with my son; he agreed: best bagel BLT. Too bad Fancy bagels is a bit of a drive for us, but if we need anything from the Music Shop or the pet store (great as well, what a gem of a plaza!), we’ll go in the morning and get some bagels too.

My boyfriend and I love going to both Fancy Bagel locations! They have such an array of bagels and menu options. I get the fancy BLT every time and have never been disappointed. Also for 2 delicious bagels with toppings it’s a reasonable $14($7 a person); the quality is unmatched! We love supporting local family owned businesses! ?
The food was good, the service staff was friendly, and the location is convenient. But, my first impression of this place was not that positive. Front window signs were not completed. It was a little messy, and there were too many handwritten signs all over the service counter, registers, inside windows, and even corrections on the menu. There was no online ordering option, not even for pick up.The place just needs to keep up with the times and tidy up a bit, and then it should gather more popularity.

Went to this place for breakfast and it was pretty good. We ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels . I got mine on the cinnamon sugar bagel and it was tasty. I will say that the everything bagel was a little too salty for my liking, so I'd skip that flavor. It could've been a bit cheesier but other than that I would go back again. The service was pretty fast even though there was a line! The ambiance was great, a very family friendly establishment. I loved all the decorations on the wall.
