Also wanted to give a shout out to our Superior waitress Riley. She was so friendly and courteous. She had multiple tables but still managed to give above average service. Give that girl a raise!
Our Waitress was So Friendly, Personable and and Super Efficient. The food was delicious and was served hot and promptly. This Friendly's is the cleanest one we have ever been in and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. I give This Friendly's a 10+. Highly Recommend!!
I got a chocolate ice cream shake and a strawberry ice cream shake for a relative and I didn't know which one they would like since they are in the hospital and I knew they needed something to brighten up their day.The strawberry ice cream was the best thing I could have brought but I had to cover my bases and I was able to have the chocolate ice cream shake.It was nice to order ahead of time and just pick it up and go straight to the hospital.

It is unfortunate coming in to this location for the 5th time last night 2/19/24 I called in and placed the order.. went inside grabbed the bags went home, opened the bags they gave me the wrong ice cream again, nothing what I’ve asked over the phone not even similar. Terrible. Being a local customer I can’t believe they can get it right for once.Very simple order Jim Dandy butter pecan with strawberry, pinnaple, whip cream - done!!Yet they can’t get it right!!Def not visiting there anymore it is a waste of money, waste of time, waste of gas.
Friendly's isn't the same. It's not the location's fault. It's corporate. We went to the Southington one. The only good thing about our visit was the service. Amanda was wonderful! She got everyone together to sing HB to my friend!! Thanks Everyone!! The food wasn't comparable to the price. Even the ice cream is different. It's very ? to see things change when they were great as is!!Dietary restrictions: They have one gluten free entree. Please bring back the apple walnut salad.
