The left part of the outside menu has had a burnt out light for the last 3 months and nothing has been done even though I have let them know at least 4 times. At night, it is almost impossible to order from that side.
I'm sick of this Wendy's the one in Meriden not so bad I jus bought 2 biggie bag the fries are cold and stiff the nuggets barely warm and the lemonade is like it was sitting out ice melted on the top barely any ice in it u can c the difference from juice and water y'all need to do better and every time I buy the biggies bag it's a different price only at this location I'm sick of this location I had to write this review I'm so hungry rn and they served me crap. Wendy's Wallingford on old colony is the worssssttttt franchise I'm sorry I've had too many bad experiences with food taking back the food and they don't care in there I'm so annoyed

Their rude and when u check your bags/pass by to leave their staring at you and get orders wrong sometimes, my dad ordered no mayo on a sandwich and they spread a lot into it, the food is sometimes dry or skimpy

I watched 4 customers in a row (myself included) have to return to the counter because the food was wrong. (I got a completely different sandwich from what I ordered). The kid at the register has no idea what's going on and can't even repeat back the simplest of orders.

The drive thru messed up our order. They gave us the wrong food and didn't give us any straws. The drinks were technically right but they popped the wrong tabs on them. The coke zero wasn't marked but the regular coke was marked "diet." All around everything was wrong in at least one way except our kid's meal that was right.
Dirty, nasty, place smells bad. Arabic employees are resists towards the Africans . The Indians gossip while Africans are forced to do all the work. Hair in soda , missing items , no refund !Wheelchair accessibility: Crutches slipped in the floor because it was so greesie

rude employees. room sticks as you walk in. I found dead rat the size of a football outside and bugs inside. Food was fake. Disgusting establishment owned by penny pinchers so they don't care about the customer they only care about sending money to India.

EXCELLENT food & service. We had 6 people in our group during the lunch rush on a Friday, and everything was hot, fresh, and EXACTLY how we ordered it, down to the dipping sauce for the nuggets. We even ordered it to go because we were traveling, and instead of piling everything into a couple of overstuffed bags, each meal got its own bag so it was easy to divy up in the car. BEST Wendy's service we've ever had!
