I want to love it here. It’s a nice spot with nice atmosphere. Food is decent and the price is ok. However, every time I come here and sit at the bar it’s a hassle. The service is absolutely awful. You sit and wait and wait for a drink, for your bill. Everything takes forever. This last visit I had one drink, the place wasn’t that busy. My table was ready so I was trying to grab my bill. Waited almost 15 minutes and still couldn’t get either of the bartenders attention. I ended up just leaving, walking to my table and told my waiter I owe for a drink at the bar.The restaurant is an A+. The service is subpar. Bad enough where I won’t be back.

Split a bison burger and a hickory burger with my boyfriend. We both thought the bison burger tasted better, but both burgers were yummy, as were the fries! Great service.

We made reservations, they did not give us the tables where we were supposed to go but we did get something. Food was luke warm to cold. Service was slow, waitress did not check in on us unless was asked her to come to the table by another waiter/waitress. We will not return.

I took my daughter out for her birthday.. she wanted Mac and Cheese.. so I saw they had a baked Mac and cheese dish. Now I did ask to hold the spicy chipotle so I dunno maybe that was it. But it was basically pasta with some cheese mixed in very little in the way of breadcrumbs and no taste at all. I ordered penne ala vodka.. it was just pasta peas and tomatoes.. sauce was watery and like you know how it's supposed to be creamy and cheesy stick to the pasta.. nahh not tonight. Further what hurts is I have been here before and nachos and beer is good. They are a local franchise and I choose that over big chains but I think I would have been better off going to Chilis. Sad because the food concepts are good, staff was great unfortunately I paid $50 for basic pasta.

I gave it two stars because the food was good. The service was poor, our server came over once to get our orders and drinks. We saw him twice during the evening, when asked if they could get our server, he said he had a big party to deal with, Is that the customers fault? Our glasses were left on our table for awhile before we asked someone else to remove them. One server responded this is the 17th time you've asked for your server, I will take your drinks if you ask again. I understand that restaurants get busy and I was told prior not to go to this restaurant. I now know why, this will be my last time there.
