I ordered the 10” strawberry shortcake last week and packed in ice, we all arrived in Jersey city for my granddaughters birthday party. What a spectacularly delicious cake. My grown son remarked it’s only the second cake he he’s ever had that he wanted to keep on eating.! And he has…..it was enormous.Can’t thank SONO enough for another delicious ending to a great meal.
We stopped in before off sailing and the order was placed/ready in record time. I ordered the SoNo breakfast sandwich on a croissant and it has to be one of the best BEAC sandwich I've ever had. Yes, it was a bit on the oily/buttery side but there was so much egg in there that it was incredibly filling.I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a lemon currant scone. I had such a wonderful experience today, at this charming bakery! First of all, Yumi and Chloe served me; I walked in from NYC ten minutes before they closed for the day (at 2:50 PM), and they were still kind, polite and courteous. Wow! They welcomed me as though I'd walked in two hours earlier, and that's a rare find in this inpatient day and age! : ) Thanks, ladies!
