I discovered Chopt during the pandemic. I quickly became hooked. The salads were fresh and creative. I loved that I could swap an item out for another. Great dressings. Team usually very friendly. Occasionally I would experience a problem with an order but when I provided that feedback on the app, Chopt would make it right. As we are past the pandemic mostly, I am still a regular, happy customer.
My coworkers and I decided to order Chopt for lunch. We were given our lunch window for our breaks and ordered before that time so the food would get here in accordance with our breaks. (We are teachers so we are on a tight schedule) It was 10 mins after our food was said to arrive and our food had not gotten here so I decided to call. My chicken salad had only one piece of chicken. I wrote to the company and they were very responsive. They offered credit and/or refund. I was very pleased with their customer service. I will definitely revisit. A company that actually cares is hard to find!
