“This location has by far the best customer service I've come across in a while. The staff is always accommodating and attentive to specifics on your espresso drink order. I even drive past another Dunkin close by just for their attention to detail and willingness to ensure your order is how you would like it. Never disappointed, thank you and please never change!“

I ordered a large iced caramel coffee with three creams, three sugars, and whipped cream — but what I got was absolutely terrible. The drink tasted like watered-down coffee that had been sitting in ice all day. There was no caramel flavor, the sugar sank to the bottom, and overall it felt like I was just drinking flavored ice water.

On top of that, a 10-minute wait for a drink is insane, especially when I placed a mobile order before leaving my house. I live 10 minutes away — so I timed it perfectly. When I arrived, there was a line of other mobile orders still waiting and just as upset. What’s the point of mobile ordering if you still have to wait in a long line and end up being late? That’s not fair to the customer.

I’ve been going to this location for over 8 years, and I’ve noticed a big decline — especially after the last manager left. Some of the staff just don’t care. Not all of them, but enough to ruin the experience. The service is inconsistent, and the food quality has dropped too — hard bagels, burnt bacon, and stale pastries.

I hate to say it, but unless things improve, I’ll have to stop coming here.

Please bring back proper management, quality drinks, and timely service.“

“Used the app and walked in three minutes mate. Huge parking lot. Big Dunkin. Couple minutes later my order was ready. Filled perfectly. Coffee nice and hot. Doughnuts tasted fresh. Large seating area for a Dunkin. Bathrooms open and working. Start not too friendly, but who cares. I’m just passing through. As I will be again, next time I am in the area.

“Easily the best Dunkin in the area. Drinks are always made right and the baked goods are always fresh, even toward the end of the day. I've literally never had a bad experience here and I've gone 1-2 times a month for the last few years.“

“So much better than Starbucks I can order something they simply nod they make it I get it and if it's a beverage they get it correct if it's something else it's almost like going to a buffet table with your girlfriend and having her pile your plate you never know what you're going to get but it's probably going to be tasty“

“This particular Dunkin’ Donuts has a higher quality of food and drinks. It does not taste the same when I order from other Dunkin’ Donuts locations. They get extremely busy, line out the door busy so it can get hectic there during breakfast time and lunch but they really do take extra pride in making sure the the food and drinks are high quality.“

“Stopped here before going for a hike. There was a long line at this busy location and they do not have a drive thru. Waited about 15 mins to get my Sweet Maple Bacon Egg & Cheese Croissant sandwich which was very good for a quick bite. Had a very small parking lot.“
