Halo Rolling Ice Cream is GREAT!! Upon entering, you're greeted by a friendly employee who gives you time to place your order and he'll recommend some favorites if you need some help deciding. Rolled ice cream is always fun to watch being made and Halo Rolling Ice Cream is no exception. The difference between Halo Rolling Ice Cream and other rolled ice cream locations I've been to is that you can clearly see the care the employees put into making each order. Got a rose milk tea with pearls. Just the right amount of sweet to bitter taste. They also got the texture of the bobas just right: not too soft, not too tough. The location is really good too. Since it's right off the pit, you can grab a delicious bev then sit and hangout. Only drawback is the place itself is a bit small, so I imagine it might get a little cramped during a rush.
