Great spot for South Indian cuisine. Would recommend trying if you are looking for a light breakfast.I tried the onion & chilli uttapam (rice pancakes) and the $5.5 Idlis (steamed rice dumplings), both come with a side of coconut chutney and sambhar (lentil soup).Pros:1) Competitive price2) Authenticity: As close as it can get to South Indian cuisine in America.3) Taste: Very goodCons:1) Located in the corner of the food court in the mall which makes it difficult to spot. Will try their lunch/dinner meal next which is for $18.99 and update the review. The items on the menu look great.Vegetarian options: Lot of vegetarian options

The food is really good and feels like homemade. I tried their masala dosa, and vada. Both were amazing. This Indian restaurant feels like Indian food. There are a very few places in Connecticut where they serve good Indian food. This is one of them.Recently they started Mysore Masala Dosa and it was simply amazing. Highly recommend their Mysore Masala Dosa over everything there.

I was in Stamford couple of weeks ago and this was an outstanding spot for india food lovers . Food taste, quality and quantity was very good. I still remember the days where I use to struggle to get good quality indian food in Stamford ( 6 yrs ago)but this one is right near to downtown and in the Stamford mall.I tasted their thalapakatti biriyani which was mind blowing !!!!Best part of the place is economical price of and limited menu which is very goodWhile talking to the SPOCS at the restaurant I came to know that these people are giving a shape to the dream of their spouses which is very appreciative thought and we all should support them

"Kai Manam Indian food at Stamford Town Center is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the enticing aroma of Indian spices. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual dining experience.I ordered the chicken biryani with chicken 65 and it was hands down the best I've ever had. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sauce was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of creaminess and spiciness. The flavors were truly authentic and reminded me of home-cooked Indian food. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes of the dishes.Overall, I highly recommend Kai Manam Indian food at Stamford Town Center to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes from their menu!"

Your raw banana bajis are really good. We are disappointed that you are not consistently keeping it available. It would be great if you could do that because they are such a delight

The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of traditional options, from aromatic masala chai to mouthwatering dosas. The lunch and dinner courses were equally impressive, showcasing a diverse selection of flavorful curries and freshly baked naan. I feel like giving 60% on food. I ordered chicken 65 but I feel it's not the chicken. 65 dish. It is just pieces of fried boneless chicken. You guys do much more better.Parking: Monday to Saturday paid parking. Sunday is free.Kid-friendliness: Fiod court has kids playing area.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator is there

This places food is amazing! Best food I had in a long time! Get the chicken tikka masala, it’s fresh and tastes amazing! Try their fish dish too! They fry the fish fresh and it’s way better than any other place that cooks fish! Try the naan too. I don’t have any photos , but it would be an empty plate. Nice portions too! You get a ton of rice. Forget the other food places in this mall, come here, I’m telling you you won’t be disappointed. Amazing seasonings and spices! We’ll priced too! Super friendly 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tried their drumsticks, they should rename it to burnt drumsticks because they taste burnt from outside and since they are using thick pieces the flesh inside has no flavor at all. Chicken biryani was a disaster, there are so many small broken bone pieces which are hard to find in rice, I almost swallowed one. No taste at all in the biryani. The only thing I liked is their raita, hopefully if they reduce amount of onions and make it little thick, raita is gonna taste much better
