Pieology came to our apartment complex last night. It was my first time having them. The staff was nice and the pizza was delicious! Not to thick and definitely good for someone who doesn't want to eat alot of carbs (very thing crusted). I enjoyed it and will definitely visit the Stamford location!
Pieology's food truck was a big hit at Southbury's Snow & Ice Festival. Over 500 people attended and there were many smiles from those eating the delicious pizza pies from Pieology!

My wife and I enjoyed the Pieology Pizza Truck for the second time at Continuum Distillery today. We ordered the Spicy Italian and Margherita pizzas. Both were fantastic… thin crispy crust and it exceeded all the flavors you’d expect from these styles. Easily the best pizza truck quality we’ve had. On top of that, the service was very friendly and the chef was genuinely interested in outer enjoyment of the food.
