My wife and I enjoyed the Pieology Pizza Truck for the second time at Continuum Distillery today. We ordered the Spicy Italian and Margherita pizzas. Both were fantastic… thin crispy crust and it exceeded all the flavors you’d expect from these styles. Easily the best pizza truck quality we’ve had. On top of that, the service was very friendly and the chef was genuinely interested in outer enjoyment of the food.

Pieology came to our apartment complex last night. It was my first time having them. The staff was nice and the pizza was delicious! Not to thick and definitely good for someone who doesn't want to eat alot of carbs (very thing crusted). I enjoyed it and will definitely visit the Stamford location!

They were great at communicating, they were responsive to any concern that we had and the night of the event they were friendly, quick and super accommodating to any request! I couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of food that this team provided. From day one Jacob was very responsive both through text and emails and extremely accommodating for our cooperate event. They were also adaptive as we had to increase the number of guests and they didn't have an issue at all. The day of the event they were on time and a pleasure to deal with as the team had amazing attitudes and that speaks volumes. Everyone loved the pizza and I did not have a complaint form the 300+ people and that is hard to come by. The pizza had amazing flavors and varieties. I recommend the pepperoni and the bar-b que chicken!! To sum it all up I am glad that I found these guys and we will defiantly use them again for both business and personal as well.
We had the Pieology truck tonight for a preschool party with about 200 people, they were fantastic! They were getting pies out so fast people barely waited in line, if at all. They pizzas were so delicious. I hope we can use them again in the future, they were a big hit. Additionally, they can accommodate any allergy, we had some dairy free guests and gluten free guests and Jacob made sure they had a pie they could eat. It was so wonderful!
