Pizza was horrible and burned. The burned crust may have been the best part. We were the only customers at the time so it was not like they were too busy to pay attention. DO NOT GO HERE!! Total waste of $$$!!!!

Drove 25 minutes as we were craving Pieology, but upon arriving we learned that that seating area has been closed down, and there is no provision to eat it inside. We couldn't enjoy the hot pizza inside, and didn't make sense to take it out in the cold.

I have to say, this place has improved significantly since my sporadic visits.. usually months apart. I made it clear that on previous visits, some of the toppings were still cold. So, our pizza were nice and crispy this time! Overall, my friend and I appreciate that they packed on the toppings. It tasted pretty fresh. Maybe we'll come here more often.

This place is awesome! I went to Pieology with a date and I'm glad I picked it!I drove to Danbury for a date, but before going I searched online for vegan options in the area. I mentioned Pieology to my date and she said she had been there and the food was great.We met up to go bowling but the bowling alley wasn't open yet so we opted to get food first.I liked Pieology right away. The place just looks sharp on the outside, and the inside as well. What I noticed right away is that it's set up kind of like a Subway but with pizza! And higher quality food.You order your pie, your toppings, etc. and watch over the counter as they prepare the food. We took a seat at a booth and when our pizzas were ready, we mangia'd the heck out of them!So sorry...don't see myself driving over an hour just to get Pieology again, but next time I'm in the area, I absolutely MUST get another pie!

We get pizza from here at least twice a month, take out. They have never failed us, the food is delicious (and even better reheated!) and a whole pizza can last between 1-3 meals. They’re very affordable & with the quality of the food it’s definitely worth it!

Update: Dennis was very gracious and did refund the cost of our entire meal.We ordered delivery. Communication was great, but the pizza was doughy and too hard on the bottom. Gluten free was okay - just a commercial rice crust. The worst part was ordering rwo entree salads and having them show up covered in walnuts and blue cheese, both of which we hate and which the menu did not mention. Tried to call, phone number doesn't work. Left an IG message. Will update if they give us a refund.
