I went here one time and they got my drink order wrong i went there again yesterday I ordered a bagel with egg and bacon no cheese and what did I get I got a croissant with egg and bacon that was not cooked all the way and I got sick in my opinion they should not be allowed to serve food and it is nasty inside.

I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived my coffee was ready but someone had taken the sandwich I ordered. The staff was so nice, they immediately made me a replacement. I go often, and the women asked about my family. I love going to my Dunkin!

The location is too small to be a dunkin'. The place was crowded, and the flow is unorganized. There's no designated place to order and then wait for your coffee, it's all pretty much the same and everyone is on top of each other. Not to mention there are two entrances so you have people coming in from the front and back of the store fighting for a place in line. I did visit on a weekend so perhaps it's better during the week? They got my order wrong, which is fine because again the place was crowded and I'm sure it was hard to hear. I asked for nondairy milk and was given regular milk, which I have an allergy to. They took my coffee back and remade it without hassle. The most concerning part about my visit was that there was a rack of bagels and baked goods sitting out on the floor where all the customers were lined up. It was covered but still doesn't seem very sanitary to me.

Have you noticed that the taste of Dunkin coffee has changed lately? Pre-COVID, they were known for the smoothness of their coffee. Hot or iced, it always tasted so delicious. Lately, however, something has changed. Whether I order my coffee hot or iced, with almond milk or whole milk, I’ve always ordered it with extra milk because I like it “light”, with two packets of Stevia. Only it doesn’t come to me that way. Ever. I indulge my coffee habit in several different locations, because I’ve always loved my Dunkin. Lately though, wherever it’s ordered, no amount of milk can lighten the appearance, or the taste, of my coffee. It is incredibly dark and strong, with an extremely bitter taste. Just awful. The impression I get is that Dunkin’s baristas have been threatened within an inch of their lives if they pour out a pot of coffee because it tastes like sludge. They just keep using the pot of coffee until they use it up.
Today was the worst experience I've ever had in a Dunkin' Donuts. My daughter and I were running late so we decided to stop in on our way to school. Huge regret. The place is filthy. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. There was about 5 people in front of us waiting around to place their orders while the 3 women were just having private conversations. I say this because they were speaking in Spanish, as if they didn't think anyone inside the establishment spoke or understands what they were talking about... well I did! It's rude to talk about customers they way they were! Once I finally got up to the counter to order, my daughter had walked away to get a juice out of the cooler. The nasty women behind the counter asked what I wanted...I called my daughter over to place the order. In the 3 seconds it took my small child to walk over to me, the lady pounded her fist to the counter and rolled her eyes at us as if we were fast enough for her. Almost as if she had better things to do. We then moved to the side while she prepared the completely burnt bagel, put her hand out with the bag and said "here". My daughter said thank you ( because manners are important) when taking the bag, the lady said " yup" and proceeded to go talk badly about us to her coworkers. When we left, my daughter asked why they were so rude to her when she said thank you. Needless to say it was a long conversation on our way to school, with a crappy breakfast.

Cashier took my order of one coffee. I was the only person in the store. She continued to focus on phone orders and completely forgot about my order. After about 5 minutes she asked me if I was all set! She forgot my order and even forgot I was in the place! I will not return. Dunkin coffee is really bad. Wake up America.

I ordered from here through uber eats. I regret doing this. I ordered 2 sandwiches, donuts and a coffee to have breakfast with my boyfriend. Neither of the sandwiches were toasted very well and had looked as if they had been thrown together. The center of the sandwiches were also cold, so i stopped after halfway. The coffee i had ordered was origin a dunkaccino, which should have been easy to make but i was called by the driver as they told her they couldnt make it. I thought that was odd but i told the driver i would be ok with a normal hot flavored coffee. The coffee i got is warm, not very hot, and has a rancid smell so i can tell the milk used has either been out too long or just expired. Upon sipping, i was able to confirm it isnt good. I am very dissatisfied, and if it wasnt for ubereats not allowing me to post a negative review, im posting it here. Do not order from here if you want dunkin, or if the entire crew is replaced with newer, competent employees.
