The location is too small to be a dunkin'. The place was crowded, and the flow is unorganized. There's no designated place to order and then wait for your coffee, it's all pretty much the same and everyone is on top of each other. Not to mention there are two entrances so you have people coming in from the front and back of the store fighting for a place in line. I did visit on a weekend so perhaps it's better during the week? I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived my coffee was ready but someone had taken the sandwich I ordered. The staff was so nice, they immediately made me a replacement. I go often, and the women asked about my family. I love going to my Dunkin!
