“I wanted some hot soup and something spicy to flush out this cold I have, and was on my way home from school in Springfield to Enfield. I came across this restaurant on Google and had never been, so wanted to give it a try. I got the lunch special, with coconut soup, 2 spring rolls and the massaman curry. I asked if it was possible to get no mushrooms in the soup, and they happily accommodated! I also asked if my curry could be extra spicy, and was also told yes. I wish I took photos, but it smelled too good to wait because everything was absolutely delicious (with no mushrooms and the curry delightfully spicy!) and I even have a little left over for tonight 😊. Lunch special was a great deal for $13.90 and I will definitely be back!”

“On Saturday, August 16, 2025, my husband and I had the pleasure of eating a late lunch/early dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The service was pleasant and prompt, the decor was beautiful, and the food was delicious! Before our entrees, we split the potato skins appetizer. I really liked the crispy skin. (I don't usually eat all of the skin of potato skins, preferring the filling instead, but I ate all of mine from Zanto's!) The Shrimp Scampi Provençal was one of the best versions of shrimp scampi that I've ever had. My husband raved about his dish of Scallops Massimo. I don't know if we'll ever be in that area of CT again, but if we are, we'll go out of our way to eat at Zanto's. 5/5”

“I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. Having a great spot so close by is appreciated. Congrats Three Figs…your efforts are worth it!”

“There I was, freezing cold, battered, bruised, bloody, and limping down Mountain Road on a frigid, damp January night when all of a sudden I felt a higher power guiding me to the bright warm lights of this establishment. I opened the door I felt the soul healing warmth of the toaster ovens gently caress my body as the young muscular sandwich artist greeted me with a smile. His voice, soft but deep, was like the purr of a tiger. He asked me what I would like and I responded "A hug." and there we embraced for no less than 30 minutes. I felt safe in his arms. His biceps pressing against my back with a gentle squeeze that let me know that he would keep me safe. Once we broke from the hug he fed me black olives one at a time whilst I knelt down in front of him. The best part of this encounter was the fact that he didn't charge me at all.”

“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again.
